盧浮宮黎塞留酒店(Hôtel Louvre Richelieu)

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans une rue calme à proximité des lieux culturels, des parkings et des métro. Dès l'entrée, il y a une odeur étrange. Le personnel a été aimable et disponible. La chambre par contre à revoir la poignée de la fenêtre qui est a deux doigts de me rester dans la main! Ensuite , de la poussière et des toiles d'araignée au plafond. La salle de bain, le lavabo était sale avec des traces de dentifrice et noircis pas très agréable. Le bac à douche et les joints sont sale et noircis et manque une poignée de porte à la sortie de la paroie de douche. Vu le prix et les étoiles de cet hôtel cela mérite d'être plus vigilant sur la propreté.

I stayed at hotel louvre Richelieu with excellent front desk workers who were very friendly and helpful. The prime location made it easy to commute. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Liked · The location is amazing! The hotel is centered and in a safe area. The staff is friendly! Go to Willy's Winebar around the corner, we loved it! The room was ok, but much smaller than the pictures pay attention to this! Disliked · The room could have been much cleaner. The floor wasn't properly vacuumed, there were long black hairs on the floor by the bed and in the bathroom. The toilets feel a little old and not clean, also there was pee on the door. There is a lot of scale accumulation on the shower head. These things made the room feel very unclean. The hotel is not ok for disabled people or elderly, there were a lot of stairs and no elevator!

Bad experience, need to change, no feedback from management, look for another hotel on February 13, can you image? The photos of web are fake, not the same as realily. Excellent location near so good places to eat, to visit, is safe location.

A perfect small hotel near the center of Paris. Ideally located near everything we were interested in seeing. The rooms were small but very comfortable including the shower and bed. The staff were very friendly and happy to speak English or French.

Everything was very good. The bed and pillows were very comfortable - you could sleep really well after a long day in Paris. The location was excellent. Quick and easy to get everywhere.

Buena ubicación. Fallos en la limpieza, mal servicio en el check in, mala atencion por parte del personal de lobby, no hay facilidades para personas con discapacidad, no hay elevador, no hay quien te apoye con las maletas. Las habitaciones NO corresponden a las imagenes publicadas.
