Brilliant little studio, warm cosy and had everything you will need for a short city break. Excellent clear instructions sent by the owners. Studio was clean, secure and in a great location right by Rue Cler which is great if your a foodie like us! 100% would stay here again

This is a small European style efficiency apar**ent. Small cooking area. No casual seating. This is a good property with an excellent location. We usually stay in the Rue Cler neighborhood and this is very close. You can walk to many of the museums and attractions. The Eiffel Tower is about a fifteen minute walk. Many good restaurants within easy walking distance. No elevator, you self check-in and you communicate with the property manager via cell phone. Property was as advertised, clean and equipped for small cooking. The laundry room was clean and there is no charge for the machines. Would I recommend this to a friend, yes. We are seniors, I'm 75 and it is a walk-up and we travel with a 50 lbs. rolling duffel bag and two backpacks. Stairwell is small and circular. However the bag only needs to go up once. I found this to be as advertised and I would rent here again.

Highly recommend this property. Great location in Paris and is close to lovely restaurants, train, supermarket etc, extremely clean and has everything you need. I will definitely return here next time I’m in Paris! Thank you Béatrice et Emmanuel Meublé Eiffel for providing such amazing accommodation!

Espace de vie étroit mais très fonctionnel. L'endroit est très bien situé près des boutiques, restaurants, métro et surtout la tout Eiffel. Des travaux d'entretien des aires communs étaient en cours lors de notre séjour, je suis comvaincu que ce sera très propre une fois terminé.

es una basura enorme , no vayais No tiene caldera es un calentador de agua y a los 7-9 min deja de salir agua caliente y sale fria . No tiene extractor para la campana asique olvídate de cocinar algo sino quieres morir intoxicado por el humo . Las taquillas para guardar las maletas son indescifrables ( si es que alguna funciona ) . La casera te dice que su marido emmanuel está alli para ayudar y nunca está en casa , búscate las castañas tu solo y para colmo olvídate de internet , no hay cobertura y el wifi muchas veces ni aparece y si aparece no es ni 3G . Jamás vayas. Si pudiera puntuar con 0 estrellas lo haria.

It was a perfect stay!However my reservation was cancelled they let me stay and I had a great experience!the room is perfectly cleaned and comfortable!only 10 minutes to eiffel tower and 30 minutes to champ ellese by walking!you can find any thing on the area and the host is very kind and responsible❤️

Excelent option for staying in the 7e in Paris.
