The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment. Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations. This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service. Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing. On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience. In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. the maids are very kind, the prices are affordable,he rooms are clean and tidy

Just as I thought I’ve found my favorite hotels after ten years of going to Paris, I stumble across HDDA and its raving reviews. HDDA is simply phenomenal in that regard. The staff gives exceptional personalized service. I happened to mention on check-in that this was a birthday trip and they went out of their way to remember with their little gestures of thoughtfulness. The reception staff —Gabriella, Clémence, Erwin, Gladys, Alice, and especially Remi are exceptional. And Nabil…Bravo! Truly outstanding customer service from the hotel technician. Thank you all. I can’t wait to return next year.

If you’re young or old but hip to the love of life then this Hotel is for you! Such an amazing view when you book the terrace Eiffel. The staff is so professional and the room cleaning service isn’t just limited to a set time in the morning they will come back whenever you’re ready. This hotel was the foundation to an amazing experience for my girl friend’s birthday getaway. Bring the one you love.

The hotel is spectacular. It is incredibly clean and the staff is amazing. They are willing to help with anything. The employee even helped with booking a train ! They are so helpful. The manager Neiomi is the sweetest person ever ! She makes sure you are happy and taken care of. The view from their roof is

Très bel hotel avec lit confortable. J'aurais mis 5 étoiles mais l'aménagement du bain/douche ne fonctionne absolument pas. La porte de verre a été installée du mauvais côté sur le bain et en plus d'y complexifié l'accès on ne peut pas utiliser la douche au plafond car l'eau tombe sur et derrière le comptoir du lavabo. Donc on doit se laver à la douchette manuelle qui a un support à la haiteur des genoux...

Great location, great hotel design. Liked the comfortable beds . The walk in shower and elevator were a plus for me. Excellent breakfasts . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall very comfortable and pleasant stay. Will be back.
