The Coachman is the most central place to stay in Parkes, so convenient to the shops, hotels, cafes, taxis. The rooms are clean and have everything you need - toaster, kettle, little fridge, cutlery, crockery, eating utensils, tea, coffee, and the only place that I have ever stayed that has supplied raw suger as well as the normal sugars. That was a bonus. The bathroom was relatively modern too. The meals in the pub looked good too. I will definitely stay here again. A+++++

Basic room, older style. Bistro dining until 8:00ish in the evening in the hotel. No breakfast other than early opening local cafe. Good things were A/C worked well (it was still 37 degrees at 10:00 pm) and the room was quiet!!

The location is great but the housekeeping let the motel down. The milk capsules were off & curdled my morning coffee. The smell was awful. The room was reasonably clean but the decor was dated.

Great staff, bed and pillows a bit hard (thats more of a personal choice), great food and cold beer on tap

We were on a road trip to Qld and used this as an overnight stop. We had a caravan in tow and we were provided with a spot to leave the van for the night. Always appreciate this. Staff were great and had a good meal in the pub.

Great clean and comfortable, good value for money, I bit of noise from the pub but it was Saturday night so to be expected

We enjoyed our stay at the Coachman, it is not new but it is well looked after and its bistro is very good and the service is quick and efficient.

It was noisy until 10pm because of playground the room was very small and not updated since 60's Single bed very hard and lumpy
