非常新，高級的一個法國酒店，不負萬麗reinaissance這個酒店品牌。 房間很新，備品很好，特別是身體乳和護髮素。 床品也很舒服。 頂流有酒吧，晚上可以俯瞰波爾多。 早餐豐富，質量高。 就是我們入住時的reception有點傲慢，也沒有解釋停車的規則。明明門口有停車位，但讓我們停到旁邊的付費停車場。但是我們看有些車就一直停在那個車位。 而且路邊也有免費車位，他也不提醒我們可以試着找找後再停付費車位。這不是錢的問題，是作為reception 或conciege服務意識不夠的問題。 對了，酒店聖誕🎄氛圍佈置很好👍

第一次去波爾多參加紅酒馬拉松 。這是我喜歡的兩件事情！法國人的低效和鬆弛以及略帶高傲的姿態是我喜歡不起來的原因 這家餐廳最後發現是個日本餐廳，憑本事選你喜歡的酒的話還是不錯的，但是最後沒有熱主食 破例給我住了一碗法國日式的中國蔬菜掛麪 ！最後第二天發生了我的波士頓馬拉松的紀念夾克沒有了 另外結賬多收我2700多歐元 説是收錯了 一開始還不肯給我賬單 最後發現收錯了我差點報警 才承認錯誤 這個問題始終處於不了了之狀態 攜程的溝通也是蒼白無力 看起來攜程在海外尤其歐洲這樣的地區還不夠有影響力 順便還提一嘴 停車費一晚40歐元…

平靜,位於波爾多的巴卡蘭街區,交通便利,有很多酒吧和飲食選擇,以及“Cité du Vin”和方便的中心,並通過電車線火車站。

離火車站很近，房間洗手間都很大，住的很舒服，還有廚房做飯非常方便，酒店服務也特別好，辦理入住手續效率很高，原本下午兩點鐘入住的，我早上十點半左右就到了，他們立刻給我查到有空房讓我們提前入住，性價比超讚，強力推薦！

Disappointed. The room was small, the furnisture was tired and in dire need of refurbishment. Second-hand books were used as part of the room decor. To enter the bathroom, one needs to put one leg in with the other leg left outside and, with the door half-open, bring the other leg in - that's the only way to enter. The room standard is much lower compared to similar type of hotels in most other countries, while the price is significantly higher. The building opposite the hotel is boring-looking and is undergoing constuction. The closest underground car parking is a bit far away and is extremely pricy. Everything is pricy in that country, while the quality of living is lower compared to most other European countries. The city as a whole dissapoints. A lot of **** people, really **** on the streets! You see them everywhere selling self-made trinkets, however, when you return a few minutes later they are all gone - ostensibly swept away by the police. You also see a lot of homeless people who sleep outside. This is a result of incompetence and mismanagement by ****** and his life partner, apparently. The standard of living in this city has deteriorated significantly compared to what was the case 5-10 years ago. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, the personnel is friendly. The location and the surrounding area are OK, however, it takes 15-20 of walking to most major sites.

Não gostei de diferentes coisas que aconteceram ( abordei a situação com a receção sem qualquer efeito). 1) quarto sem ar condicionado - nunca foi arranjado com temperaturas a rondar os 40*C - RIDICULO 2) A EQUIPA DO bar expulsa as pessoas da zona de lounge antes da 00.00 ( estávamos a consumir e mandaram-nos sair as 23.52) 3) a piscina fica com todas as cadeiras reservadas sem ninguém estar lá. É impressionante não haver ninguém para gerir estas situações Pontos positivos - Estacionamento excelente e seguro - housekeeping sao fabulosas e sempre com um sorriso - Receção sao fantasticos e sabem receber, mas não deram qualquer solução para o grave problema do meu quarto ( 423 - SEM AR CONDICIONADO DURANTE 3 DIAS). Foi péssimo

Perfect! Right opposite the train station and bus stop for airport meaning a trip without a car was smooth. I see a few comments about the rooms and it wasn’t the Marriot in terms of room standard but it was local and authentic. Spotlessly clean, everything in the room worked , it was comfortable and the right temperature. The breakfast was  very good and well worth the small cost. The staff were so very helpful and gave advice about a day trip to the Dune du Pilat and how to walk to the restaurant area in the city centre and gave me a city map. Highly recommended, don’t hesitate to stay. They also offered me a left luggage facility while I went out for the day after checking out. Note that the railway station is very large. Depending which door you come out of it’s to left of the centre of the station as you come out. Just a few meters from the station. Perfect!

對於一個跨國競賽團隊，有個微波爐、廚房和冰箱能解決太多問題了，當然，如果有烤箱和洗衣機就更好啦。卧室的床不錯，不過梳化床確實難受，在最熱的時段有空調也能很舒適，周邊有一個家樂福city，不過價格稍貴，平價超市lidy的話，電車要坐兩站，不過走過去也行。法國的自來水燒了之後水垢很多，不能接受的話就買純凈水。

Hello, I'm going to write in English and French. Here's the pro about apparteo (Good location next to the bassins a flot, really nice view during my stay which you could see a beautiful sunset 🌇 , bus station just in front of the hotel and not too far away the tram station cité du vin which is only 5 Stations away from Center of Bordeaux, you have also Les hangars not far away which is one of the most peaceful place to walk day or night, I mean Apparteo position is actually really good, everything looked clean except a few things but doesn't bother, it is a also a residence of students) Now about the cons, if someone didn't help me, I couldn't have entered the building nor having access to do the check-in, in fact you need a pin code that I Never received which the card of your room is inside with other card which can be a little bit odd, anyway can have access to it, the office was close each time I try to check someone no matter the time, the smell in the bathroom was really unpleasant but I could manage to get over it from opening every window and little perfume, but it come back if I keep the door close of the bathroom The table where I was eating was moving a lot, but honestly other than those few cons that can be managed, it was a really pleasant stay, I enjoyed a lot and could sleep really well, calm, peaceful, nice view I highly recommend this place as the few cons can be solved easily, just wished to see someone at the reception and it would have been even better. Voici les bons de l'établissement Apparteo, celui-ci est vraiment très bien situé proche des bassins à flots, la chambre qui m'a été attribué avait une excellente vue avec un couché de soleil vraiment magnifique et apaisant, il y a une station de bus juste devant l'hôtel et la station de tram cité du vin n'est pas loin, celle-ci est à seulement 5 Stations du centre de Bordeaux , pas très loin il y a aussi les hangars, belle promenade de jour comme de nuit, honnêtement Apparteo est très bien positionné, tout été assez propre malgré de légers défauts, Apparteo est aussi une résidence étudiante. Maintenant pour la mauvaise parti, heureusement qu'une personne qui séjournent dans l'établissement m'a aider sinon je n'aurai pas eu l'accès à celui-ci ni eu la possibilité de récupérer ma réservation de chambre, surtout qu'il y a besoin d'un code pour ouvrir la boîte où se trouve enveloppe pour la carte de chambre, le problème ici c'est qu'il y a aussi les réservations d'autres personnes accessible, je pense qu'il faudrait sécurisé un peu plus l'accès à ses informations, du coup ni a mon arrivée ni a mon départ je n'ai pu croisé de réceptionniste, il y avait aussi une odeur assez désagréable dans la salle de bain / toilette, ouvrir les fenêtres et mettre un peu de parfum à pu atténuer l'odeur mais celle-ci revenez si je fermé la porte de la salle de bain, la table à manger été assez instable mais en dehors de cela , le séjour été vraiment agréable, belle endroit, assez calme, fan des bassins à flot, la vue incroyable, bref excellent de se côté là Au final je recommande totalement Apparteo malgré les petits défauts qui peuvent être résolu assez rapidement avec de la volonté, vraiment dommage que je n'ai pu croisé personne a la réception. 酒店非常基本,有些設施有點古老,但也有一個完美的牀和,位於伯德奧斯(約10分鐘車程)外面,離展覽中心很近。早餐是正確的,早餐是好吃的,車到來是需要的,但它有私人停車,晚上安全關門。
