SStevie89Beautiful hotel staff were very kind and friendly however it is 4 mile walk to the pleasure beach plus side is in a quieter location away from bars ect about a mile walk for a decent place to have a drink the room was disappointing compared to the grand lobby however one night stay to lay head wasn't too bad Blackpool isn't what it used to be and you can feel that when you walk around very run down so was nice to be going back to stay in a building that felt safe and bit more up market then the town 10 pound parking which is 24 hours from when you pay so we didn't have to more car next day after check out which was great

訪訪客Hotel staff, facilities, food, swimming pools and entertainment were brilliant. Everything was presented really nicely in the foyer/reception area. The bedroom and carpets were really tired, however, and need a revamp to match the quality hotel foyer. We found the mattresses uncomfortably soft and didn't sleep well, so assume these were old too. A really mixed experience, but on balance the positive outweighed the negatives. The staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommend getting tram passes on app. before you arrive as need proof of children's DOB from passport or birth certificate. The tram stop is really conveniently opposite the hotel. Excellent reliable service :-)

KKwan on服務幾好，衛生也不錯，只是酒店比較舊小小，但係可以接受，他的地理位置非常方便，下次有朋友來黑色池，我也會推薦我的朋友入住盧Lawton hotel ，惟一不接受，他們沒有車位可以泊車過夜。

訪訪客Was there for 5 days with my partner and was our first time at Blackpool the staff and owner was really nice despite decorating and there lift not working you wouldn't have known by how professional they are 😊
Was a mix up with rooms at first but got quickly resolved 😊

訪訪客omg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

很多大巴來這裡，所以人很多。
請注意，即使你的行程單寫著停車，也不代表已經付費了。停車費需額外支付3英鎊。
另外，我沒記得前台幫我們預訂的那位女士的名字，但她態度很生硬，也很粗魯。
其他工作人員都非常棒。

TTrip.com SGJP離市中心的 Blavkpool North 站有點遠，但搭乘巴士或火車都很近。布萊克浦大飯店 (Blackpool Grand Hotel) 是一家非常大的飯店，而且很容易找到，所以我認為這對初學者來說是一家安全的飯店。前台工作人員隨時待命，所以我認為這是一家非常安全的酒店。

訪訪客We visited this place with friends, 5 of us, and got a great service for 5 people in 2 different rooms. We shared one toilet. We paid 118 quids for service which is quite nice for 5 people staying for a night. As we were visiting the Blackpool pleasure beach and carrying backpacks would have been difficult so we requested the hotel staff to keep our luggage while we checked out and were gone out for the entire day, and thankfully they agreed. All in all I loved the overall service, highly commendable.

訪訪客Clean and tidy room, quad with private bathroom, 2 double beds. Blinds on windows instead of curtains and not blackout blinds, which left gaps in so people could see into room. Tv and tea/coffee in room. No breakfast available as no chef currently employed. £50 cash deposit must be given on check-in which was returned with no problem after room inspection. Well stocked bar and karaoke with bingo was played on Friday and Saturday night. Parking available at £10 a night but looked a bit risky out the back so didn’t park here. Reception not always manned and can be a long wait for someone to come after pressing bell. No hot water on 2nd morning so it looks like the early risers take all the hot water. For the price for a family of 4 over easter it wasn’t as bad as some reviews.
