AAmy房間寬敞,酒店超級乾淨,極其舒適。一切都感覺全新的,服務真的是5星。得知室內游泳池其實只是一個巨大的按摩浴缸,我們很愉快地感到驚訝。我們昨晚在那裏度過了一個小時,超級好。牀真的很舒服,地方很安靜。有代客服務可以停車,我們到達時得到了歡迎飲料和小吃。再次感謝您免費贈送的葡萄酒和水果碗作爲貴賓歡迎禮物。我們真的很享受,如果我們有一天再次訪問Chania,我們會回到這家酒店。

訪訪客Every hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa.
Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

DDonna MekhaielSuch a beautiful hotel located in perfect location- from old town, beaches and the rest. Suite was gorgeous. Pillows comfy. Breakfast is lovely, Simple and well laid out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Courtyard to have breakfast is so serene and stunning. Possibly the best accomodation for the area and value you receive. Bed a tiny bit hard but not so bad as everything else is comfortable and accomodating.

ААнастасія ГлавацькаToday, I have landed back home after spending amazing week at this family-run hotel. I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.

訪訪客The person who makes a reservation at the hotel should first talk to the owner. There is no reception. I liked the room very much. Very clean, in the city center, close to entertainment venues. Everything is thought of in the hotel. The owner is very kind and helpful.

KKetevaniIt’s located a little far from paleiochora , you definitely need to rent a car , cuz there is not a bus station near the hotel. Breakfast and personal are good . They don’t have wash machine you need to go to city for laundry. Average hotel price was ok.
