The hotel was not as good as shown in images and room was not well designed. Lift was not working properly. It was expensive according to facilities. But it was at a good location, service was average, cutlery was not properly cleaned, electric ports were not working properly. Ac was too small and not working, and ac remote was also not given we have to use buttons on the ac which can give us a shock

Tucked away beautifully in the mountains, this place is so much more than just a hotel; it is a true sanctuary for the soul, and an absolute haven for anyone traveling on their own. As a woman traveling solo, feeling safe, respected, and at ease in my environment is my absolute highest priority. This property exceeded every expectation. The ambiance is incredibly calm and grounded, and the security and layout of the property felt entirely secure. The property itself beautifully balances a premium aesthetic with the raw, free-spirited energy of the hills. My room offered breathtaking views of the Dhauladhar range, making it the perfect spot for quiet morning meditations, journaling, and listening to the whispers of the wind. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the warmth of the staff. The hospitality here feels genuinely attentive and heart-centered, rather than just transactional. The team went completely out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable, looked after, and welcome at all times. The rooftop terrace is also a gorgeous, peaceful spot to enjoy an incredible meal while soaking in the panoramic mountain views. If you are a solo female traveler looking to reconnect with nature, find inner peace, and experience genuine Himalayan warmth in a safe environment, this is exactly where you need to be. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, safe, and deeply inspired. I cannot recommend them enough! I had the complete dorm for myself so i had lots of space. There was even a small balcony with a great view. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing which was missing was a bin.

If you traveling solo or family then I don't recommend this place. Bathrooms is not hygienic at all. Room is dusty. food is good , view from restaurant is also good but restaurant staff is not professional they will stare at you while eating food. View from room is good. Room amenities not provided. And charges are high too. Nearby to war memorial and cricket stadium. Hotel staff help to arrange cabs . But I will recommend search other
