I stayed with family for two days. Property and location is good, maintained and hygienic. Staff is very cooperative and service is excellent. Food quality is also good. Thanks to front desk manager mr. Satish. Bathroom is small, require more lighting. Over all i rate it as excellent for family stay.

Travelled to kolhapur for poornimaand Friday darshan at mahalaxmi temple. Had stayed earlier with sam hotel when it was newly launched. Now, the staff is well experienced and courteous. facilities are pretty much standard and overall a good experience.

i booked this hotel assuming 5 star hotel. when I visited the hotel at check in , it was just another hotel with Regular fare. very average Hotel at expensive rate
