Bundelkhand riverside hotel in orchha is an excellent property, especially for those looking to spend quality time in a serene, picturesque setting. The location is truly impressive, situated on the banks of the betwa river, and the river is easily accessible by a short walk, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the surroundings. However, while the riverside location is perfect for relaxation, it poses a bit of an inconvenience for those who wish to visit orchha’s historical monuments, which are about 2 km away and not accessible by foot. Having your own transportation would be ideal to explore these attractions with ease. One area for improvement would be room allocation. Even though we arrived early, we were given a cottage without a direct river view. It would be more considerate if the reception allocated river-facing rooms on a first-come, first-served basis, to enhance the experience for guests arriving early who may expect a direct view of the river. And we booked room as a couple but we were not allotted double bed configuration but they provided two single beds joined together. The rooms themselves are well-kept, but the room service could use improvement. During my stay in a riverside cottage, i had to call the reception multiple times to replace a faulty electric kettle, and it was only resolved when i went to the reception myself and waited for 15 minutes. Additionally, the distance from the riverside cottages to the reception is considerable, making it less convenient for guests when issues arise. The hotel charges a premium price, but they should consider increasing the staff to better meet guest demands, especially in riverside cottages, where attention to service is essential. The pool’s location also compromises privacy, as it’s exposed to views even from outside visitors. Moreover, a large number of outside visitors due to wedding events affected the peaceful environment we had hoped for, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel offers a beautiful and unique stay with excellent surroundings and ambiance, though it would benefit from improved room service, a fairer room allocation system, and more attention to privacy. For those planning to stay in the riverside cottages, i’d recommend confirming details about any events during your visit to ensure a peaceful stay.

位置-極好,食物-極好。。設施-房間no-201和204。住了三天。1-main門鎖工作不正常,我注意到佛街區的其他客人門正在和門搏鬥。2-rooms還沒準備好,要了臥鋪、浴房墊、牙具等,3-lights正在逃生。4-room分配了沒有檢查條件,在204號房間,浴室的水在房間裏出來了。食物-美食和服務都很好。除了這些,其餘的一切都是一流的。

The hotel is overpriced by all stamdards. No doubt its clean but the finishing is noth worth the money they are charging. Shower wasnot working. Wifi signal comes only at reception. Blocked bathtub. Open wiring and panels. Dirty tea cups even after telling them to clean the room. The worst experience was that they charged me for breakfast. But their retaurant wasnt operational and i had do eat poha and paratha on both days of my day. That too in my room in limited quantity. Regards. No network in room.

Property location is very nice, near to ram raja orchaa dham in walking distance. Tea is not good. Staff behaviour is excellent. Sevices are also nice. Some rooms in hotel need improvement like water pressure is not good. Iteniarary chart of tourist places given by hotel which is very helpful. Peoples of orchaa are very good, helpful. Cleanliness of hotel is very nice.
