An Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service at Starhotels Hello, I’m a traveler from Korea who recently stayed at Starhotels during a family trip to Italy. Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home. This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date. After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel. It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for. As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise. Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can. 不簡單的一次入住。預訂備註的要求等於沒用，到了換一次房間，弄得前台很不開心的樣子，一位南亞的行李員幫忙拿行李，因為我沒有零錢，消費都是刷卡很少用現金，衹找到2歐硬幣給他，自此後這個人看見我們就再也沒有任何錶情！總不能我把200歐和500歐紙鈔給他吧！配嗎？這酒店早餐很好，房間雖然換了條件沒有原來的好也算湊合了。地點很好，出火車站幾十米就到，門口還有機場大巴。地點沒任何問題，該區域也沒有傳説中的亂，唯一問題就是服務員都是比較冷漠的表情，讓人恍惚之間感覺不在意大利！以後不會再住這裏！即使優點很多，但是不願看他們的臉色！ Non è stato un soggiorno semplice. Le richieste scritte nella prenotazione sono state inutili. Arrivati abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera una volta, e la reception sembrava molto contrariata. Un fattorino di origine asiatica del sud ci ha aiutato con i bagagli. Non avevo contanti in piccolo, pago quasi sempre con carta, e gli ho dato solo 2 euro di mancia. Da quel momento in poi, ogni volta che ci vedeva, non aveva più alcuna espressione. Ma come pensavo di dargli banconote da 200 o 500 euro? Ne valeva la pena? La colazione in hotel è ottima. La camera, anche se dopo il cambio non era buona come quella originale, andava comunque bene. La posizione è fantastica: si trova a pochi decine di metri dalla stazione ferroviaria, e c’è la navetta per l’aeroporto proprio davanti. Non ci sono problemi di posizione, e il quartiere non è pericoloso come si dice. L’unico problema è che tutto il personale ha un’espressione piuttosto fredda e distaccata, tanto che a volte si ha l’impressione di non essere in Italia! Non tornerò più qui, anche se ha molti pregi. Non ho intenzione di sopportare certi atteggiamenti!

HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

我在羅馬住了整整四晚！ 地理位置絕佳，就在特米尼火車站對面，去Konad Mart超市和其他地方都很方便。 👍👍 若事先做好規劃，步行20分鐘就能到達特雷維噴泉、羅馬競技場和其他景點。天氣好的話，這裡非常適合散步！房間寬敞，天花板也特別高。 自助早餐很美味，負責打掃的老先生總是熱情地跟我們打招呼，用韓語說「謝謝」。哈哈哈哈。總而言之，我對這次住宿非常滿意。 哦，對了，微波爐用起來有點不太順手！

羅馬諾布酒店(Nobu Hotel Rome)的夢幻般的住宿。一家位於優越位置的小精品酒店,位於安靜但完美的中心區域。有幾個小打,但他們立即和有效地解決了喬瓦尼和前台團隊,他們真的走出了他們的道路,以確保我和我的家人得到很好的照顧。服務一流,整體體驗非常愉快。

特雷維噴泉附​​近一個令人驚喜的住宿體驗。 房間佈置精美，家具擺設用心，非常乾淨。 這是一次非常棒的體驗，尤其要感謝熱情友善的房東，她竭盡所能讓我們住得完美無瑕！我們一定會再來的！

營地棒極了。三個無邊際泳池、兩個網球場、幾個足球場、一個籃球場、一個健身房或健身操區、迷你高爾夫球場、兒童遊樂場、豐富多彩的活動、表演、兒童和青少年娛樂項目、餐車、餐廳、冰淇淋店、自助餐廳、應有盡有的超市、麵包店、洗手間——一切都非常乾淨，沒有雜亂……太棒了。還有好多吊床，一定找不到一張免費的。小朋友可以玩水上遊戲……不過有待改進的地方是：空調不太好用，幾乎不冷，廚房也沒有烤箱、微波爐或烤麵包機。

酒店整體還算乾淨，環境也不錯！ 但是非常不好找！ 沒有前台，衹有一個WhatsApp 賬號，但是衹有固定時間段內才有回復！也沒有什麼指引！ 雖然地理位置上羅馬一個地鐵站附近，很方便！但是這個是價格還是偏貴了🙁不划算！

適合商務，地鐵步行雖然不近，但價格好。離周圍的景點距離也能接受
