房間設施應有盡有，整體清潔程度非常滿意，適合五至六人團體，附近有超市，自行煮食方便，自駕去美瑛周邊景點都非常近。 溫馨提示附晚餐選擇不多，好多鋪頭收七點鐘，若然並非自己煮食要留意

住宿環境乾淨整潔，地理位置也很好。 但是，我透過 Trip.com 給房東發了訊息，卻一直沒有收到回覆。 退房當天我才發現，他們似乎住在同一棟大樓。 如果其他房客需要聯絡房東，我建議敲門，門上寫著房東的名字，這樣可以直接跟他們溝通。

飯店位於美瑛鎮中心地帶，雖然美瑛是個小鎮，但地理位置優越，交通便利（緊鄰美瑛火車站🚉和道之站）。 停車場🅿️免費，雖然晚上步行前往飯店比較安靜，但很安全。 （從停車場🅿️步行到飯店大廳只需5分鐘）。 房間非常寬敞舒適。 透過trip.com預訂時，我們要求每張床提供兩個枕頭，但飯店忘記了。 所以我們向前台提出要求。 工作人員立即為我們加了一個枕頭。工作人員非常禮貌友好。 飯店讓我感到非常溫暖，因為我誤訂了吸煙房，但要求的是帶陽台的山景房。幸運的是，他們發郵件提醒我房間類型，所以我們及時告知他們，不介意為無菸房和陽台房支付額外費用。但他們免費為我們更換了房間。 自助早餐非常美味😋 飯店提供電動自行車🚲，只需支付600日元/小時 在飯店附近騎車🚴♀️非常愜意 我們一定會再入住這家👍🏻酒店

非常美麗的住宿壞境，細節中能看的出主人的用心。房間乾淨整潔，早餐是西式的，北海道牛奶很好喝。 就就在Ken&Mary tree邊上，步行到美瑛站三十分鐘，打車970日元，也拼布之路騎行的第一站。 入住兩天，第一天恰好富良野有肚臍祭活動，於是趕去富良野，活動結束后乘最後一趟JR車回美瑛。出發前向房東打聽晚上如何叫出租車的事，房東太太告訴我們如果沒有車，可以打電話給房東先生開車去接。沒想到晚上出站后，仍有多輛出租車等候在站外，很驚喜。 最後一天，乘出租車去旭川機場，車費3130日元，可以接受。

這感覺更像是民宿而不是飯店，但一切都很棒！公寓設施齊全，衛生間和廚房都很乾淨！空間也夠一家人住！ 步行不遠就有便利商店。 唯一的缺點是，如果樓上有人住（可能是其他房東的），他們走動的時候會比較吵。你能聽到所有的腳步聲。優點是不用拎著行李上下樓梯！對了，入口在房子側面。

Amazing stay! Spent three days here to explore the furano and Biei area, location was convenient with a car and the breakfast was amazing! 10/10 recommend!

Location The location of Auberge Ninguruforet is a bit remote and far from the main town center of Biei. There are no nearby convenience stores like Lawson or Family Mart, so guests need to plan ahead for their meals and supplies. This can be inconvenient, especially for larger groups with elderly or young children who may have difficulty walking long distances in the cold winter weather. Check-in ProcessTo improve the check-in experience, it would be helpful if the hotel could request guests to provide their passport details in advance. This would allow for a smoother and faster check-in, without the need for guests to go back and forth to their cars in the freezing temperatures just to take photos for the registration process. Check-out Confusion Even though the hotel had implemented the CCTV audio system to provide clear instructions, the language barrier appears to have caused some confusion for me during the check-out. This can be a common challenge, especially in more remote locations where the staff may not be as fluent in English. Breakfast Since our group requires halal food, it's understandable that we did not include the breakfast option in our package. The hotel could consider offering more diverse breakfast options to cater to different dietary needs in the future. Luggage Handling and Car Access One of the key issues we faced was the need to transport our luggage from the parking area to the unit using carts, rather than being able to drive our car closer to the entrance. This was especially challenging given the freezing -10°C temperatures at night .To improve this, it would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could allow guests to drive our cars closer to the entrance, even if just temporarily, to drop off the luggage. This would avoid the need for guests, especially those traveling with elderly or young children, to struggle with pushing heavy carts through the frigid weather. Scenery Despite the challenges, the stunning winter scenery at Auberge Ninguruforet seems to have made up for it. The -8°C temperature that morning must have created a true winter wonderland, with the beautiful snow-covered landscapes and crisp, clear skies. This picturesque setting is surely a highlight of your stay.Overall, with some improvements to the location accessibility, check-in/out procedures, and guest services, Auberge Ninguruforet could provide an even more enjoyable experience, especially for larger groups traveling with families. The breathtaking winter scenery, however, remains a major draw for this property. We will surely come again to Auberge Ninguruforet, this time leaving our larger luggage in the car and only carrying the essentials we need for our stay in our backpacks. This will allow us to avoid the hassle of transporting heavy bags through the frigid weather, and instead focus on enjoying the stunning winter scenery.By packing light and only bringing what we need for the duration of our visit, we can easily move between our car and the hotel entrance without the struggle of pushing carts through the snow. This will make the check-in and check-out process much smoother, especially for our group with elderly and young family members.Despite the minor inconveniences we experienced previously, the breathtaking winter wonderland at Auberge Ninguruforet remains a major draw for us. We look forward to returning, better prepared to handle the cold temperatures, and immersing ourselves in the serene, picturesque setting that this property offers. With a few adjustments to our packing and luggage management, we are confident our next stay will be an even more enjoyable and memorable experience.

就在美瑛站後面，很近，也很好！！ 房間很舒服，床單和浴室都很乾淨:) 最重要的是，氣氛真的很好，我喜歡早上醒來很容易而且很安靜！我還想再來~*^^*
