On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome.
The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice.
We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food.
The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for.
Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience:
- Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness
- Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful
- Rooms didn’t feel clean
- Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast
- Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it)
We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

JJane_714小而精緻的酒店。他們有自己的沙灘和躺椅，只是不能游泳，因為海灘上有礁石，向右走幾步就有一個可以游泳的公共海灘。每天躺在酒店的躺椅上就可以欣賞迷人的海景和夕陽。
酒店的餐廳提供美味的食物，我們大部分晚餐都在酒店船長餐廳解決。
每位工作人員都很熱情，叫 雅尼士的服務人員非常友善，我和兒子住了九晚，一次美好的假期

NNick Filin不錯的酒店,有美麗的和的領土。海游泳的寬海灘。早餐相當單調,但有所有東西。
方便的入口, 海灘清理.可以免費租用.
不利之處: 如果不全部開通, 晚餐和晚餐都貴.酒店已經夠老了.
總的來說,我們喜歡:風景如畫的海灘,有好意的工作人員,在海洋裏看到海很幸運。

Lloloya這裏三餐全包，隨時可以吃喝，我覺得帶孩子太方便了，風箏沖浪一定要住這裏…….
房間雖然不是特別有設計感，但是乾淨整潔的……我們家庭套房空間也可以，商店還有卸粧巾賣，解決了我的大需要….

訪訪客很棒的酒店。完美的位置！酒店前面的海灘（以及整個莫納山海灘）非常令人驚嘆。水很清澈，有不同深淺的藍色。我們在旅途中走遍了整個島嶼，但我們發現Lux Le morne 擁有最令人驚嘆的海灘，可以欣賞到Le morne 山的景色，當你走出大海，回頭看看酒店時，它真是太令人驚嘆了！房間也很舒適，床非常舒適。房間唯一不好的是淋浴間的熱水有時會停止工作（完成），我們必須等待！有很多日光浴床，但如果你沒有預訂，通常到了下午就被搶光了。早餐很好。很多水上活動。健身房有點太小了，桑拿花了很長時間才加熱，所以我們放棄了。服務很好。泳池很漂亮，可以看到莫納山的景色。總的來說，我們很喜歡這家酒店，並且過得很愉快。這是我們在毛里求斯最喜歡的酒店，如果我們再來的話，我們會再次住在這裡。

訪訪客酒店泳池套房的房型很大且舒適，地處酒店安靜免打擾區域，專為二人世界和紀念日服務，帶娃家庭不提供此房型，慎訂。酒店內最好吃的Jade餐廳也在此區域，且提供區域內住客專屬早餐，户外面朝大海，氛圍感拉滿，增加食慾，避開大堂自助餐廳的擁擠。唯一遺憾的是此區域不是觀看夕陽的最佳點位。總體入住滿意，服務人員都很熱情友善。酒店內免費的水上活動有限，且經常會被告知風浪大，不適合；但是收費項目就沒有此限制。酒店還會邀請住客參加免費的雞尾酒會，一邊賞落日，一邊品酒，很是悠閑愜意。

訪訪客離機場差不多一個小時車程，酒店很大，沙灘很長，海景很壯闊。房間浴室很大，很乾凈。酒店有四個餐廳各具特色，我的房費包含晚餐，可以任意預訂其中一家，很不錯。
