小而精緻的酒店。他們有自己的沙灘和躺椅，只是不能游泳，因為海灘上有礁石，向右走幾步就有一個可以游泳的公共海灘。每天躺在酒店的躺椅上就可以欣賞迷人的海景和夕陽。 酒店的餐廳提供美味的食物，我們大部分晚餐都在酒店船長餐廳解決。 每位工作人員都很熱情，叫 雅尼士的服務人員非常友善，我和兒子住了九晚，一次美好的假期

Rats in restaurant On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice. We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food. The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for. Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience: - Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness - Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful - Rooms didn’t feel clean - Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast - Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it) We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

這是一間獨特的飯店。他們沒有前台接待，但總有工作人員值班，解決問題很快。飯店服務態度非常友善。沒有電視，但這反而是優點而不是缺點。不過，沒有冰箱這點讓人很意外。天氣很熱，買零食必須立即食用。如果食物敞開著吃，可能會爬上來一些小紅螞蟻。餐廳的食物品質很高，但菜單種類不多。我們休息了12天，仔細研究了菜單。周圍沒有像樣的餐廳。雖然附近有車，但我們晚上不太想開車。啤酒很棒。葡萄酒種類繁多，但我不太喜歡。餐廳的服務員非常專業友善。海灘上總是提供冰涼的純淨水和氣泡水。你可以加薄荷和檸檬。如果額外付費，他們會送一個有吸管的椰子，190盧比（380盧布）。水果不太好吃，而且大多是進口的。海灘很棒。我們開車四處轉了轉，比較了一下。人很少，很自由。松樹林很棒，很適合散步。只需帶上水上鞋、刺蝟和珊瑚碎片。我們遲到了，因為莫斯科機場關閉了一天。我們預訂了一間花園景觀房，但他們給了我們一間海景房，非常感謝工作人員。我們在這家酒店度過了愉快的時光。

與Lux Belle Mare和Lux Grand Baie相比,Lux le morne在服務水平方面令人失望。建築物的結構看起來懷舊,但維護得很好。衛生水平似乎很高。我喜歡島上最好的海灘。但他們無法利用這一點,這是可惜的。如果你想象我上面提到的另外兩家豪華酒店是爲Waitrose和harrods sippers的,那麼這家le morne酒店是爲Tesco購物者提供的。 他們在開票上犯了錯誤,飲料質量一般,在家可以做得更好。

不錯的酒店,有美麗的和的領土。海游泳的寬海灘。早餐相當單調,但有所有東西。  方便的入口, 海灘清理.可以免費租用. 不利之處: 如果不全部開通, 晚餐和晚餐都貴.酒店已經夠老了.  總的來說,我們喜歡:風景如畫的海灘,有好意的工作人員,在海洋裏看到海很幸運。

第一晚入住的房間洗臉池漏水反映前台第二天給我們升級了海景套房，酒店工作人員態度熱情周到，我們感到非常滿意，會推薦朋友來住

房間一般般，床單上還有印跡。地面大理石根本沒有檫乾淨，我用衞生紙一檫全部是泥。衞生間洗臉池不知道什麼東西碰的都是小麻點。陽台上的沙發一層黃泥，千萬不要去座除非鋪一層浴巾。太陽落山時碰上好天氣還是非常漂亮的。

RIU綠松石真的是我住過的最好的住宿之一。房間很棒 - 寬敞,現代,總是一塵不染。你可以說很多照顧,以保持一切在一個非常高的標準。 海灘絕對美麗,清的水和非常放鬆的氛圍,游泳池區同樣令人印象深刻 - 充足的空間,偉大的氛圍,完美的放鬆。溫泉也是一個亮點,這樣一個好地方,可以適當地關閉和放鬆。 食物明智,它真的超出了預期。有多個餐館提供了很多選擇,一切都一直很好。特別是牛排館脫穎而出 - 很容易成爲這次旅行中最好的餐點之一。 雖然真正使住宿的是工作人員。從接待到餐廳團隊,每個人都是如此禮貌,友好和熱情。熱情好客的水平非常出色,使整個體驗感到輕鬆愉快。 總的來說,一個令人驚歎的酒店,設施一流,美味的食物和真正優質的服務 - 100%會回去。
