Parsippany Suites Hotel

We were disappointed with several aspects of our visit. The hotel is currently undergoing some construction, which limited breakfast options and contributed to a less relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, and the bathrooms were poorly stocked with essentials like soap, requiring us to call for basic supplies. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations for the price paid, leading to a less than satisfactory stay.

Good hotel, clean pleasant and courteous employees. Short staffed like all places these days.

Front desk women was AMAZING she deserves a raise!

The wait time to check in took over 30 mins , my next door was extremely loud . On top of that, there was a furnace in the room emitting loud sounds… I couldn’t sleep that I checked out at 2:30 am and left the room !!! I didn’t even bother complaining to the staff. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again:

Worst property ever!! Filthy rooms, worn out mattress & linens, bathroom plaster falling off, water wont drain properly, Shower won't turn on as the selector is jammed due to corrosion. I complain, all I got was sorry and we are fully booked so cannot transfer you to new room!!

This is my go to hotel when in Parsippany. It is close to all major highways and restaurants. I have stayed here many times and the common areas and guest rooms have always been clean. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. They have an indoor pool, basketball court and outdoor sitting area with BBQs. The breakfast is good but not great. They need to have a few more choices like a waffle maker. That is always a hit at breakfast.

Ms. Naomi is genuinely kind and informative. She made us feel truly welcome. Ms. Naomi shared recommendations with us and talked up the building and the Sonesta brand. We could tell she's fond of her workplace. We look forward to experiencing her kind of hospitality again and finishing up sampling Paul's Diner's menu (Ms. Naomi's recommendation, and it's GOOD!) The building is dated and has issues, but staff loves the building back to life by keeping it clean and making repairs. It would be helpful to have updated flooring in the corridors, as the carpeting is buckled in areas and could cause tripping. The breakfast menu is adequate, but the servers make guests feel welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable, but some appliances and the kitchen sink needed attention. We like that the property incudes all the amenities we typically seek while traveling.

Booked online and only after booking got a message saying that there would be a $75 pet fee for a one night stay - more than half the cost of the room alone. Couldn't get a refund and was forced to pay. Didn't see that at all on the listing, only said pet friendly. Hotel itself was fine, but showing lots of wear in room and common areas - furniture upholstery was torn and stained, bathtub liner was coming off in chunks. On the plus side, the kitchenette was very convenient. Overall definitely not worth it if you plan to bring a pet.
