I looked at all the BWI airport hotels carefully before booking, and decided that the Westin was probably the best. Now having stayed there I'm pretty sure I was right. The place is clean and modern, with a spacious lobby and updated design in the rooms. The blackout curtains are some of the best I've ever seen: I woke up at 8:30am convinced it was still the middle of the night. The bathroom has a great shower, was clean and fully stocked with towels. Really everything I could have asked for.

Getting to the hotel was tricky. It’s tucked away. But once you figure it out, location is actually pretty decent, close to a lot of things. You need a car though. The walk from the hotel to food places is not one that I would consider safe because of the car traffic patterns. Rooms were clean, quiet. Housekeeping staff is wonderful. Netflix/YouTube apps didn’t work. We chose the hotel because we like Westin’s beds and it had a pool and hot tub. When we checked in, we were told that the pool and hot tub were closed and apparently had been closed for a month. There was nothing on the hotel’s website to state that, and we had checked before booking. But the front desk agent insisted it’s announced on the site. Couldn’t find it though when I asked to be shown where in the site it’s listed. Basically, the front desk lied and got caught in it. New cook in restaurant, and food was flavorless (service was excellent). Hopefully, will improve with time. sundries store had decent selection, very high prices for alcohol, and it does need to be cleaned. My kid picked up a butterfinger that was furry from all the dust on it. I don’t want to know how long that had been there. Gave it to the front desk for disposal, but it threw everything else on the shelves into question.

Our stay at the Westin was amazing and relaxing. EVERYONE was super nice! The customer service is top tier wonderful. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Alan was able to provide a smooth and thorough check in process for us. Our room was very clean with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was even delightful and fresh (this was a great surprise for me because of previous experiences with other locations). I would say the only con during our stay was the shower water took quite some time to get hot. It runs warm for a while before heating up, so a shower is still manageable but it just takes a while before it’s completely hot. I can say this stay and location is one to remember and would recommend to our friends. We would definitely return.

disappointed that this was a 4 star hotel, I’ve had a better time at ‘3 star’ places. there were no robes, the indoor pool was down, breakfast wasn’t included, room service options were lackluster (only chips or champagne) you have to pay quite a bit for parking everyday. just a meh stay, ill stick with my other hotels.

Beautiful comfortable amenity-filled great hotel, decor and room details and restaurant all excellent. Front desk staff: Superb! Greeted me, helped me, fast and most warmly and graciously. Gave full attention, listened, radiated 'Welcome, we are glad you are here!". Called down with question about the room, a lamp with a hard-to-find switch; another fine guest services person talked me through it and made it funny and another positive connection. And now my cool lamp is on. good to be here.

Have stayed here many times over the years. It’s always clean, beds are always comfy. It’s a nice quiet location. The only negative I could say about this last stay was that the food quality for room service was not great. I ordered a pasta dinner that tasted like a freezer section microwave meal.

Around 10 pm at night someone tried opening the door which startled us. Staff was able to check and no issues but the door in our room looked unsecure. You could see the light coming in from the hallway between the door and wood frame. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off, makes me think if we book a low priced room via ******* we will most likely get the room that is in poor condition.

Stayed here during the recent storm as my flight was canceled. Great hotel. However the restaurant was not prepared for the storm. Couldn’t get a table, service or food to go. Even if you’re short staffed, don’t ignore me as I waited for 15 minutes.
