No service, no ac, no water bottle

Everything was great enjoyed very much make my trip is best supporting platform for make my trip thank you

The owner is rude, unapologetic and proud. Doesn't know the word hospitality. No professionalism at all. We were staying in a room and when we went out he gave our room to repair to almost 5-6 people. They literally misplaced all the small items we had kept out. No regards for bedsheet, pillow thrown to the ground and what not.

Property is not that good we i was expecting as per the photographers, even there wad not tv remote available, after requesting many times.

We reached at 10. 20 pm. Manager give us 2 good rooms. But 2 rooms are very bed. Manager's behavior is very bed.

The overall stay was good and property is new but food not upto the mark. I stayed there for 1 night.

When i reach to the hotel manager owner said "main booking liya hi nahi hu, mera hotel shad i me book hai 04 05 din" i said meri booking 07 nova ko huyi hai for 28th chekin to unka kahna tha aapno jinse book karaya unse baat kare i said, aise aap karege to meri company aapke yahan koi booking nahi karegi aage se then he said "koi diktat nahi hai mera hotel band nahi ho jayega" he even didn't called me prior if there is any booking issue was there, when i reached there at 08 pm this kind of behaviour i have rec'd room was full of mosquito & it was like he has make temporary arrangement "it was terrible"

Faced very poor room service, food quality was very poor and unhygienic. When called the reception, they send one perso who confirmed that food is unhygienic and confirmed that the food is cancel-led but during checkout they do so much drama.

The service were so good, hotel was clean and has good ambience and also very safe environment for girls who stays single. And the prices were also nominal not luxurious like 3 star but except than that everything was good.
