Great experience......planing for our next vacation.....staffs behavior is good....when you enter the hotel they welcome you with a special welcome drink...rooms are very specious......and bath rooms are very clean and fitted with new products...and view wise it is great.....

The place originally was Hotel Ivy Green recently acquired by The park group. It's still a little rough around the edges. The housekeeping needs a major push. Staff to be trained not to use stained bed and bath linen. Bath mats usually missed. Skirting in the bathrooms is coming off and needs refurbishment. Parquet floorings in the rooms can be changed. Areas around the bed usually missed while cleaning. The parking can be a challenge if the property is running at full occupancy. The hotel is a walk about 200mts uphill but overlooks the valley so the valley views are pretty. Housekeeping as of now is available on request. The property should be up and running at full speed once the Park takes full control The restaurant and service staff is the major plus. They go out of their way for the guests. Food is good however buffet is operational when the occupancy is decent. Would I go back? Yes dor the views and the food. I would be happy if housekeeping staff is trained

The rooms were very good (101,102,111) and the Himalayan view point was amazing. The food average and the chai was not good I would not recommend it and only the dal tadka and gutti aloo was good. We ordered masala garlic bread and when it came the first time there was only bread and you couldn't tell it was garlic bread and when it came the second time there was no chese and only bell pepper was there and the honey chilli potato was soggy. Only the buffet breakfast was good. The games that is in the reception were broken and the table tenis bat was not in a good shape. But the staffs were polite and Vipin was very polite. Overall I would give it a 4.3 out of 5.

Excellent resort nestled in Lansdowne hills, six hours drive from NCR. Luxury cottages are beautifully made and very well maintained. Staff is friendly and very helpful. It's ideal for a quiet break from the hustle of city life. The garden is well ***icured.

Beautiful property , excellent service , view from the rooms is beautiful. The small spaces have been taken care of by utilising with cute sitting space. The hill view point from the resort itself is the best cozy place one would find. Peaceful and serene place where fur babies are heartily welcomed. The food is good . The staff is humble and prompt .

Very beautifully and aesthetically maintained property. Courteous staff more than willing to make stay, comfortable. Food was excellent.. Room offered scenic view of surroundings. Option of hiking trail starting from property itself was an experience. Very calm quite n serene surroundings. Staff Sumit, Ankit, Deepak, A*** & Deepali made our stay a pleasant experience

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the property. It's an excellent destination to gather with both family and friends, offering a wide array of amenities. The resort provides everything you need, including live music in the evenings, a meticulously maintained swimming pool, and the option to host events. Their talented chefs prepare delicious and hygienic meals.

Trip was absolutely awesome. Staff was really polite and experience was too good and everything was enjoyable. Perfect get away for family and friends. Javed from staff was very helpful and made us very comfortable. Sunset and sunrise point looks really great.

We stayed in Luxury room. Room is awesum. View is spectacular. Best is they have maintained the hills and constructed the property within. Each and every is very helpful. Only point negative is their entrance. They should somehow connect it to the main road. Indirect entry is definitely a black mark on their so beautiful property. Food is also really good. Thouroughly enjoyed our stay.
