Just kind of average- below average resort. Absolutely nothing to praise. Cleanliness not up to the mark, linen provided was not clean enough and breakfast was not good. Would not recommend to anyone. Can very well improve the quality of food, housekeeping and be in the competitive range

Miss behaviour with my daughter and asking to meet in private by a hotel waiter; considering the yound kids was 14 and location outside India. The waiter intend to get close and touch my daughter and ask her to meet In person next day. This is intolerable looking at the scale and gravity of the situation

Go book first floor rooms as they are with 17-18ft height. We include all meals inside and their menu with north Indian cuisine is truly amazing Mr naveen, mr prakash and many more dedicated staff to mention Pools are very clean and beautiful Small details which needs correction are addressed immediately Zym was good They have their own small parking facility. Gardens and walking paths are mesmerising in evenings with blooming flowers scent.

Third class resort ...Think over it before coming ..pathetic hospitality staff seems to be rude without any patience . Think over it before you visit resort . Resort attitude seems to be on such higher side ...

We book a premium room and the service we received was very Pathetic...room was not cleaned and they cleaned it when i was in the room. curtain hanger was broken, Kettle was very smell and very told them to clean but they did not..washroom accessories were not there i had to ask for every single peace of things, dish tv was not working..they just had a simple answer for every problem "SORRY" ..they even does not have the tissue in the room..

If you want a clean destination with good food It is just the right place. Hospitable staff... Excellent property... Spacious rooms... Hot n fresh food... It's a new property so it's quit clean. Staff is polite n helpful. Meals look delicious and there is a wide variety. They maintain high standards of hygiene. Interiors are par excellence.

Went with my family and they have all the arrangements for all the type of visit wether it's family trip , business trip or corporate trip. My family and child enjoyed a lot there. The food was amazing and the staff behaviour makes it even better. Special thanks to Mr. Vipin, from front desk. Thanks to Mr. Sumit Rawat ji , Naveen ji, Pavan and Karti ji from food and restaurant department and thanks to all the staff members. Chef Mr. Balam sir for the tasty food. Cheers to Maulik Mansion.

Hi Its very stay with this hotel. We really like it.Room service is amazing staffs are nice with good behaviour. We will recommend everyone to try this 5star resort . House keeping department are very co-operative. They take care of proper cleaning. 5star to this department. Ajay & Ravindra specially this two house keeper are very co-operative. special thanks

Excellent stay , we had for 2 nights, needs some improvement on Food taste and Bed in room. Excellent hospitality, courteous staff,Bon fire concept is good, restaurant staff very courteous, everyone is ready to help, surely will recommend the resort ,
