舒適酒店(Comfort Inn Pearl)

The air didn’t work, shower had scum on the wall. Overall stay was horrible. I would never stay again and don’t recommend.

Its a new building that was very nice and reasonable for a January stay.

Staff was helpful Shower was dirty, tv broke, broken electrical socket, musty smell in room.

Before we checked in, a man whose company was paying for his room told us his room was terrible. We went ahead and checked in. The room was filthy and dark, smelt bad. Carpet had food and dirt, bugs under the chair cusion, bug parts on the stained sheets. We asked for a new room and was sent to the room next door. It smelt better and looked a bit better but the sheets had blood stains on them and big holes and bug parts. We checked out and asked for a refund and went to the next hotel which was much much better. ******* processed our refund.

Good value. We were in a F250 truck and parking was a challenge. I use a cpap and a convenient electrical outlet was not available in the room. Fortunately I carry an extension cord as this outlet issue occurs at other hotels we stay. The TV was set on the wrong HDMI - I had to troubleshoot and correct it. The room coffee pot leaked and didn’t work properly.

Easy check in. Ms Fannie was great, what a smile! Easy in and out to eat at a great seafood joint, Moss Creek, try it you'll love it. Our TV would not come on so Ms Fannie fixed it while we were out. Breakfast was very good, plenty of everything. We'll be back there in the future.

This hotel is not clean the floor was dirty. The table looked like something was greasy on it from people before us. Walls had dust bunnies oh it. The room key was even nasty. The guy in the front told me to book online and had me wait over 20 mins to get the room. Over all I wouldn’t stay here again.

It really needs to be remodeled. It’s just disgusting. You don’t even wanna lay in the bed. The smell is horrible.

I chose this hotel becase it offered free airport shuttle. At ceck-on, I was told there was no airport shuttle. That's false advertising! Unacceptable!
