Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber, Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und die Zimmer super ausgestattet. Das Frühstück bietet eine tolle Auswahl. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Obsługa bardzo skoncentrowana na gościu. Przywitanie lampką szampana. Obiekt nowy, czysty i bardzo dobrze zaprojektowany. Akceptują zwierzęta domowe. Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo dobre kuchnia. Śniadanie zaskakująco dobre. Obiekt godny polecenia.

Dear [Hotel Management], I am writing to express my disappointment with the refund policy of your hotel. Recently, I had to cancel my reservation for [26.04.2024], and despite providing ample notice within your cancellation window, I was informed that I would not be refunded for the unused accommodation. While I understand the importance of cancellation policies, I find it unreasonable that no consideration was given to the circumstances that led to my cancellation. As a customer, I expected a more flexible approach, especially given the unforeseen nature of my situation. Not receiving a refund for the unused night has left me dissatisfied with my experience and has certainly impacted my perception of your hotel's customer service. I hope that in the future, your establishment can reevaluate its refund policies to better accommodate the needs of its guests. Sincerely, Kamil Beszczak

We have visited this region many times and this is not only the best hotel in Pec and Czech but one of the best I have visited anywhere! We stayed in one of the suites (for the price of a standard in any IHG in the UK). The room was spacious a d well decorated as well as extremely comfortable. The view awesome as well. Especially the view of Snezka from our balcony. The food excellent as well as the staff. English spoken throughout Visit Krkonose visit Hradec hotel. You won’t regret it !

Design of the hotel is nice and feels comfortable. Locate in city center with ski bus stop in front of the hotel. There are few things to be improved - beds are too soft, room was too hot during night even when you switch off heating. Min is 20.5... maybe softer blanket would help. Unable to open window so only opportunity is to open terasse door. Breakfast has good selection, during peaks is slower in refilling. Wellness and parking is paid extra and needs to be reserved separately.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel! Service and room facilities are definitely not worth the price, as well as 4 stars. My husband and I came to this hotel for 3 nights, we were tempted by the beautiful pictures and the close proximity to the slopes (and it was for the slopes that we visited this resort). However, the hotel is a disaster: 1. my husband and I were given a room adapted to people with disabilities, for people without any disabilities it was very uncomfortable to use. Not to mention that the bathroom looked like a roadside gas station bathroom, not even solitary to what you can see on the pictures on the website. When we asked for a room change we were told that this room was the normal standard and that the hotel was currently full and there was no chance to change rooms. 2 The cleaning lady limits her cleaning to making the bed. Garbage was not taken out and in addition, after cleaning she left her things in the bathroom. 3. On the second day after breakfast we had a problem getting into the room, the electric lock broke. We waited about 2h until a technician kindly came and opened the door for us. We lost the best hours on the slopes, I should add that the slopes during the day are open from 8.30 am to 4 pm and we through all this situation reached the slope before 1 pm…and as compensation we heard that while we were waiting they offer us a hot drink (it was breakfast time so we could take whatever we wanted from the bar anyway, and when breakfast was over and we were left alone in the dining area, still waiting no one from the staff was interested in us ) and we can use the wellness area free of charge (how was I supposed to use their super spa with a Jacuzzi if I couldn't get to the room?!). When we were upset and fed up with the place and my husband and I decided to leave the hotel a day early due to the hotel's fault and wanted refund only for the one night we would not be there we heard that there was no such option. They offered us a change of room (suddenly there was such an option), wine (which is free at breakfast and at the welcome anyway) and a visit to the spa area (with all the respect… the jacuzzi is not what I came there for). When we tried to explain that this compensation is no compensation and after such service we don't want to spend a minute longer here, the staff told us that they did everything in their power and we are leaving because of OUR OWN fault. And it all happens in 4 stars hotel!! Ridiculous! I TRULY recommend to choose different hotel.

My stay at this establishment was rather disappointing. The room I received was vastly different from the photos and description provided on ***********. The images on *********** showcased rooms with beautiful mountain views, while the reality was quite the opposite. Our room had a view of grey concrete walls and neighboring rooms, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. It was disheartening to find that the photos presented a misleading impression of the actual rooms available. When I inquired at the reception regarding the absence of photos for these less desirable rooms on ***********, an employee informed me that they were not obligated to display images of all room types. I showed them my reservation on *********** and requested a room that matched the photos and description, but unfortunately, I was informed that all the rooms were occupied, and they were unable to accommodate my request. I decided to write this review because I felt humiliated and believe that my rights as a customer were violated - I did not receive the accommodations I paid for. My intention is to caution other tourists against a potentially ruined experience and disappointment. It is essential for establishments to provide accurate representations of their rooms to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction

We had great stay over there! Beautiful hotel, great room with beautiful view and especially we enjoyed the restaurant in the evening, spa treatment and very helplful and attentive staff everywhere we looked around!

Clean and comfortable overall. At check in we were told the spa closes at 10pm and this is also written everywhere. We got dressed for the spa and went there at 8:50pm only for he woman there to tell us she’d had enough for the day and was closing up. Pretty disappointing as we wanted to relax after a days walking in the mountains.

This was my second time in Grand hotel Hradec so far and even thought my first one happened almost 2 years ago, receptionist Madam Lenka remembered me and completely surprised me by that! How amazing welcome! We shortly talked and then I could go to my very nice and cosy room with a sunny balcony. I really enjoyed nice walk around, delicious lunch in a restaurant right after, amazing spa time and even gym. My stay was short, but amazing again and after this experience there is no other place in Pec pod Sněžkou I am about to stay next time then this! I will definetely recommend to everyone I know, who is planing to go to PpS. Thank You so much!
