貝爾維酒店(Grand Hotel Bellevue)

Horrible experience. Bad bad bad service. They were still finishing construction work when we stayed there so, some parts of the hotel were still in work process, which is not correct for 4 stars hotel. Breakfast was poor and usually no caffe. When you ask for caffe they answer "We did not have time to make it!". First day we had some boiled eggs but next morning those eggs were not cooked at all. When I asked them to cook them they told me "This is not my problem!" and did not cook them later so they were uneatable. Wellness zona was in construction work, that no body told us, so when we wanted to go they sent us to another hotel and told us to go over a part of the land next to the hotel where is construction site, and all at night. We tried to pass but it was impossible so we had to decide not to go. This is just a bit of problems in that hotel. I do not recomend this hotel.

Wir haben das Hotel von unterwegs als Zwischenübernachtung gebucht. Dass es also in den Bergen liegt und nicht im Stadtzentrum ist noch eigene Schuld. Die Einrichtung ist weitestgehend gepflegt, aber eben alt. Wir sind erst um 22 Uhr angekommen. Küche zu dem Zeitpunkt bereits geschlossen - ok. Aber es gab auch keine Erdnüsse, Chips, irgendwas. Mini Bar leer. Alles hinnehmbar. Allerdings waren auf dem Zimmer auch keine Handtücher, keine Badutensilien - und keine Bettwäsche. Die wurde auch nach kurzem Anruf an der Rezeption nicht gebracht. Das Frühstück ist einfachster Art; der Kaffee aus dem Automaten nur schwer zu genießen. In Erinnerung bleiben wird mir das Schild. „Grand Hotel“ 🤣

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bellevue. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious & clean & the food was plentiful & tasty. An amazing few days enjoying the slopes & hospitality. We will certainly be returning to the Bellevue, highly recommend.
