Apesar de estar em obras e reformas, foi tudo muito bem arranjado para o conforto dos hospedes! A comida do Restaurant GRILL estava maravilhosa, alto nível de qualidade, apresentação e atendimento.

Our experience was a dream! Starting from accommodation, food, beach, everything wonderful! In particular, thanks to Emery from Gumbo Limbo, he spoiled us with culinary specialties, Sherline from Honor Bar, offered us champagne, we felt wonderful and last but not least, MJ from Moca bar, kind and friendly!

Outstanding stay. We had read the mixed reviews and were a little concerned. We had nothing but excellent service. Starting with John and the Valet team. We were escorted to Club Lounge for check in. Patty in the Club Lounge was warm, welcoming, friendly and asked about reservations she could help secure. The Club is an experience in and of itself. The grab and go pantry at the entrance offers a variety of chips, snacks, candy bars, water, soft drinks, juice, coffee 24 hours a day. Breakfast is outstanding. A station that has special offerings as well as made to order eggs. Fruits, yogurt, cereal, breads, bagel, pastries, and hot items that include bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes and oa**eal just to name a few. And all the accoutrements you could want. The offerings at lunch are mini sandwiches, a variety of greens and vegetables and delish dressings. Fruit and cheeses. Pastry items. Hot lunch items as well as soup. Hors d’oeuvres are spectacular. Sea bass with artichoke was an offering one night. It was the best sea bass I have ever had. Always a generous offering of salad, meats, cheese and hot options (meatballs, lobster Mac & cheese). The desserts are always a special treat. Mike, the bartender, makes a fabulous cocktail. Some of our favorites were sidecar, special old fashioned, and the best dirty martini’s. Clariel went above and beyond to make sure we had anything we wanted. We thought our room was ideal. We were in 1151. Great view of sunset and the ocean and the pools. We enjoyed the balcony immensely. Housekeeping was twice daily which was a nice touch. We cannot wait to return. Our stay was fabulous.

First of all, we had some special requests prior to arrival and reached out to Sabrina from guest relations who was wonderful!!! She went above and beyond, with a follow up phone call to check on things. From the moment we walked into the lobby, everything was outstanding. We were created greeted by Lexis, who was very warm and welcoming. Through the American Express platinum, fine resorts, and hotels, we were upgraded to a beautiful club level room. The room was perfect, very clean and comfortable!! Upon checkout, Jewel also was very warm and kind. The entire staff should be commended. The property is beautiful!! Looking forward to a return visit.

I recently stayed at the Ritz in Naples and could not recommend the resort and location more, especially if you're traveling with children. I have a one-year old and was a bit nervous about staying at a nice hotel with her, but every staff member we encountered was so kind and went out of their way to make my daughter feel special and welcome. The resort and grounds are beautiful and all of the on-site restaurants were delicious and a nice variety of cuisines. It's worth noting that the resort is located in North Naples, so we typically drove 20+ min each day to get to attractions in other parts of Naples, so you'll definitely need a car if you want to explore the Naples area. The resort has a photographer on-site (The Photography Concierge), which we took advantage of to take some family photos. I made a last minute appoin**ent through their website and Chris, our photographer, responded quickly and was so great to work with! We're really happy with our photos and love that I didn't need to stress about asking random people to take our photo. Chris was wonderful with our daughter and captured many smiles and sweet moments. I definitely recommend scheduling a session with The Photography Concierge while you're at the resort!

Ritz has their customer experience dialed, as always. This is a beautiful property, with luxurious rooms and beds, set on a great beach. We came for a conference, and the hotel absorbed the bustle of a conference better than any other I can think of. There were hundreds of people at the conference, yet the bars and common spaces didn't have the usual conference feel of noisy and crowded.

Great Hotel and great staff Chris Corona and The Photography Concierge were amazing during my stay, and helped me capture my engagement in a memorable way. I couldn't be happier with how the pictures turned out, and Chris himself was a great person to work with. I highly recommend him for anyone wanting photos taken for anything while you're here!

Well after all the hype, flying in from the UK to what we thought would be a great vacation and booking out the equivalent of 28Nights as. Gold members, we find ourselves in rooms over looking an undeclared building site. OH what’s their comment not our building so we don’t have to say any thing! But hay we are still taking your money and treating you as a second class out of town stay, OH and by the way we are doing you a FAVOUR giving you rooms. I’ve stayed in Thailand, Maldives, applied to go on the ritz Cruz, ect ect ect all over the world with the ritz carlton and honestly Done, back to the four season and Aman & One and only for my group, for me, family and all my friends as I’ll spread this word as far as my social media columns will take me and 100% to all my financial partners in WPBeach. By the way dont ask to speak to any one as when you do they are condescending, and make sure you know they are full and have a Waiting list of more important people, Well we are all here for 7 nights so will have to suffer the WE DONT CARE attitude of the management.
