Nice property and service. Good breakfast. One blemish, room HVAC did not work and it was unseasonably cool so it got down to 65F in the room a few nights, uncomfortable unless you were under the covers.

Spent a wonderful week at this property. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Pool and grounds are very nice. No restaurant but had a fantastic breakfast buffet included. One mile to Vanderbilt beach, with free shuttle service. Great location! Lots of dining and shopping nearby. Staff were exceptional!

The property was outstanding. The staff was very helpful, especially Dregan, name close, he was the concierge.

Very pleasant hotel. Old world charm. People who work there are helpful and pleasant. I especially liked the lady who made the omelets and the one who was responsible for ensuring that tables were clean and the breakfast bar was stacked. Unfortunately I forgot their names but both have worked at the hotel for a number of years and despite a pretty demanding crowd they never stoped smiling and even singing along w the guitar player. Definitely made breakfast more enjoyable. The valley was great too. Can’t say enough good things about this Inn. If I ever come back to Naples, staying here again.

A beautiful hotel. Small but convenient bar. Excellent breakfast with live acoustic guitar. Very nice.

The entire hotel was spotless. The breakfast was just right. The only negative was one of the elevators was out but even the stairwell’s were spotless. Very nice hotel.

I love the staff and stay evey year Robert is a great guy and the hotel boasts old world charm!!! I hope they never renovate!!

Highly recommend this hotel! This is now my favorite hotel in naples. Friendly staff, beautiful view of the lake, bottle of wine during our stay and delish breakfast!
