I really wanted to give the hotel 41/2 stars but that was not an option. The hotel was not perfect but it was overall better than most comparable hotels. THey have problems with the card entrance keys losing their memory quickly, infact over two days we needed five new keys. ice machine on the fir floor was inoperable for the whole stay, but there is another one on the third floor that made it okay. We will stay there again when travel to Pembroke Pines. Great location for visiting sites as it is on I-75 giving you easy access north and south; the cross street is Sheridan which gives you easy access east and west. No fuss getting in and out of the hotel. Overall a good experience.

Hotel room had a weird smell, when I pulled to covers off on the bed I notice a brown stain on the bed sheet and I also seen hair under the pillow. Makes me wonder did the just make up the bed and not even change the sheets. I spoke with the front desk they apologized and changed my room. Around 9 pm when I was taking a shower I heard someone trying to get in my room, thank goodness I had the security look on the door I got out of the shower and you could see by the security latch that someone tried to enter my room. When I spoke to the front desk about it he just brush it off and said no one said anything to him about trying to enter my room and that was it. Like really was that supposed to make me feel better and safe . Needless to stay I will not be staying at that hotel again and I visit Florida very often every fews months.

After arrange luggage we found in room 420 ac was not working we inform front desk and we went for shopping when we came back front desk told us handymen not able to fix ac we have to pack luggage ane then move to another room hotel management should have to aware of this thing disappointment

I had to be moved 2 times from my original room. With all the rain, there was a leak at the window and all the carpet and ac was getting wet. So went to another room, the mixer in the shower was sticking so it was like boiling water to shower. The 3rd room was perfect. However the staff acted quickly so the only inconvenience was packing up to move twice

Actually booked this location by mistake but it was surprisingly convenient and a nice alternative to where we typically stay. The king bed room was spacious with desk and sitting area. The bathroom was also spacious. Needs one additional towel bar to hang re-used towels and a hand held shower head would be helpful. When the air was on it was cold but when it went off, it was too hot. Bed was very comfy but squeaky. Comp breakfast was just average but edible. Would definitely stay again

The mold inside the room in the fifth floor is terrible. I spoke to the manager, she said they are working on it. Why do they book the rooms without fixing the situation? My clothes and all my belongings smell like mold, plus I got sick from it.

The hotel was amazing . Very well maintained . Special shout out to the Front desk clerk, Alyssa. Very pleasant and assisted us with all our needs. Future Mgr for sure. 5*

I stayed here first time, and I would highly recommend this property clean, friendly. parking, safe quiet the bed was perfect and comfortable. 5-star would rate this 5-star hotel.

The property was clean, front desk staff was friendly, towels in the rooms changed daily, the area was quiet and there was easy parking. We had a problem with the elevator. It was not working one of the days and we did not like the sound that it made while we went up and down.
