布林貝林鄉村別墅(Bryn Berwyn Country House)

Spent 2 nights at BrynBerwyn Boutique Hotel in a disabled suite. The rooms were immaculate and catered for all our needs. Tea, coffee, water and a flask of fresh milk was waiting for us on arrival. The hotel supplied a dog bed, towel and bowl for our dog which made it easier for us when packing. The food was excellent in the restaurant, always tasty and hot. Would certainly recommend this “hidden gem” and looking forward to our next visit.

We loved our stay here, it was a beautiful room and absolutely spotlessly clean.We had food in the restaurant , it was fabulous, big portions too and all supplied locally which you can taste. The hosts were amazing, and the area really pretty. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I travel a lot with work.

Situated in an attractive and quiet part of north Wales we loved this place! From the moment we were warmly greeted we felt welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Our room was cosy and well appointed with an excellent en-suite bathroom - and the level of cleanliness was exceptional.. thoughtful touches like mini Welsh cakes in our room were appreciated. The beds were SO comfortable, I slept like a baby and particularly loved gorgeous bed linen and feather pillows. Visit the beach down the hill and have a refreshing drink at the pub overlooking the sea. The whole place has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. I must congratulate the owners for making us feel so at home. We would love to return and if you’re thinking of a break then pop this at the top of your wish list.

We found two hairs in the bed on arrival in our room which strait away put us off but I will always give a place one night so we over looked that at first it was said the place had been recently renovated but really they had just decorated, the bathroom which was not attached to the room was seriously out dated trim coming off very old Shower smelt stale, the bed was very uncomfortable but it was the pillows that were the worst thing so old they had lost all integrity slept with two might as well of had nothing at all! Went down at breakfast time and my other half found a hair on her napkin! In an eating area that is a big no no, the place clearly has a problem with cleanliness. Altho there was only three rooms In the hotel the breakfast was not cooked to order the bacon was chewy and the tomato was completely undercooked everything else was not up to standard either oh and the coffee was horrible and weak! Strait after breakfast I voiced my concerns to the owner and wasn't met with much apology they offered to up grade room but by that point we had had enough what's to say it would be any cleaner! So I said we would be checking out after only one night out of four I asked there would be a partial refund as a good will gesture they said NO no discussion just no. I was very angry about this as I had paid in cash in full the day before they stated that because I had booked through *********** they could not give any refund even though I had paid in cash and they would of only be charged a commission from *********** unbelievably bad customer service! Everything I have said on theis review is absolutely true I have not exaggerated any of what happened. Do not go to this b&b!

What a gem of a place. Beautiful please in a stunning setting. Nothing was too much for the staff here who were always so pleasant and lovely. Food was delicious and the dog loved it. A must place to visit and a must place to stay.

Gorgeous place. I was travelling for work (Feb 9th) very out of season. But still had a great service. Lovely staff. Gorgeous breakfast. Dairy free milk (nice surprise for a place in the middle of nowhere!) little Welsh cakes in my room with tea and coffee. Everything was very clean and smelt lush. Amazing Beach very close and the pub by the beach… the anchor? Was REALLY good! And packed considering it felt so remote. Good price. Free parking. Can’t complain with anything thank you!! Only thing I didn’t realise is the bathroom for my room was across the corridor. But it was absolutely fine. The listing does say “private bathroom” not en-suite, so my bad for thinking it was en-suite. But it was absolutely fine, just hope I didn’t disturb anyone with unlocking the doors

Fabulous staff , location & accommodation. Comfy bed. Food was delicious and plentiful.
