Great place, friendly staff. pet friendly and they didn't single out bigger pups :) I would definitely recommend and use again!

Maid never came in 4 days. NEVER. NOT ONCE. LOYAL MARRIOTT CUSTOMER. Never have had a bad experience. Rooms always clean. Awesome customer service. Never a billing issue.. This Towne place Suites wasn't originally a Marriott property and it showed but you shouldn't be able to tell.

The only negative was the pull out futon. Very uncomfortable. My adult daughter shared a room with us and couldn't sleep all night. The futon was hard as a rock and only 1 sheet , 1 pillow and a scratchy blanket provided. We checked in late so didn't bother to get better linens from front desk. We would have tried had we known it would so negatively affect her sleep. Everything else was very good.

The room had a slight odor when we first arrived but overall the room was clean and nice. When i had to use the toilet at 3:00 am, it did not flush and almost overflowed. I went downstairs at 6:00 am to report the issue, i was told that it could not be repaired until at least 8 or 9 am. I asked if there was a plunger but none was found so i drove to Walmart to purchase one. It did not resolve the issue. My fiancée and i had to use the toilet near the front desk. Unacceptable! Perhaps the odor we observed was that the toilet that was thought to be repaired was not. It was noted that there were metal scratch marks at the bottom of the bowl.

Rough- parking lot was filthy- litter everywhere. Hallways had multiple dressers and other pieces of furniture in them (not because they were doing renovations- just broken, old pieces of furniture). Entire building smelled like pot. Entryway to check-in was filthy and unwelcoming. Staff was friendly, but overall the rooms and common areas were not what we expect to see from a Marriott.

The toilet flooded the second we got there and then overflowed onto the breakfast nook. They couldn’t offer us a room or sanitization for we had to leave and find somewhere else

No alarm clock in room, coffee should be in the breakfast room, breakfast sandwich should stay wrapped

Well worn accomodations, but clean and comfortable room. Not much to do in the adjacent neighborhood Easy parking Marginal breakfast
