Holiday Inn 彭薩科拉- N的戴維斯高速公路(Holiday Inn Pensacola - University Area)

The front desk clerk was distratced and didnt di due deligence at check in. I was given a handicap accessible room with being fore warned. When i arrived at my room that was when i noticed the sinage on the wall. The room door was unlocked and anyone could have had access to the room. I have to slam shut the door for it to close. I called the front dessk and no one answered. When i showered i had to hold the shower head in my hand and the entire bathroom was flooded. I asked for a manage on check out and i was told no manager works on property. When i asked about hotel policy and assigning handicap rooms without advising the customer, the front desk clerk tried to blame it on the website when rooms are assigne at the hotel as if I am dumb. I am an IHG member and this is my worse experience EVER!

I was very disappointed when they would not accept my military ID as a form of identification. This is a federal level of identification that is accepted at many official agencies, including the I9. As retired military member in a famous military city I found this insulting. There were also items in the room that did not function

Left for work in the morning and returned to find everything I left in the room gone. My clothes, medication, and toiletries had disappeared. The manager said they will clean a room out if it appears no one is still staying there?! They offered me a meal voucher and said I had to contact ******* if I wanted a refund. I did so and they contacted the manager who said it wasn't their fault and that it was just a couple toiletries. After "reminding" them of the previous conversation I was able to get the refund. Then the manager revoked the meal voucher. Fair enough I guess.

5th floor rooms smells wet and mildew after raining that morning. My first room had a giant roach, second room floor wet, third room I was just tired and sprayed the floor with Lysol to help the mildew smell and went to sleep. Quality has went down.

Hotel was clean but we had no notice the pool was emptied

Staff is super friendly & helpful. The gals in the kitchen are very accomodating & the maintenance man was prompt and professional.

We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn. It was easily accessible from I-10. We stayed in 305 and the AC/heat worked great! The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast coupons are also worth it! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure. They are also pet friendly which is nice if you are traveling with your fur babies!

My family and I had an amazing stay. We had a very bad experience earlier that night at another hotel and this stay made up for our horrible experience in the city.
