福朋喜來登皮奧里亞酒店(Four Points by Sheraton Peoria)

욕조가 물이 잘 안빠지는게 단점이었지만 위치도 좋고 조용해서 좋았습니다. 제가 어려운 상황인 걸 직원분이 아시고 도움을 주기위해 애를 많이 써줬습니다.

Great place to stay! Answered all questions I had. No issues with the room.

Overall the entirety of the trip wasn’t great besides when we were at our Pokemon event!! The parking is a complete nightmare, then our ac unit in the first room was busted in which they made us stay the night in the first night once it was quote on quote fixed. The second night same room I was taking a bath to have legit hair balls The size of rats float out of the drain while I was bathing. Which lead us to room 170.. the room was fine besides having a door that could be opened by a fart or just a light touch walking by. The other issue I’m having is that the restaurant didn’t have enough staff or workers Saturday the day of our main event.. we waited 45min, an we couldn’t wait no more.. that rest of the day dragged on with me not having a decent bite until 10pm. But over all the staff was great, they work hard they just more staff for the later hours to help relieve those that have to pull all day and night shifts. It also baffles me how rooms got mixed up when we first checked in when we were supposed to have the bigger beds an etc.. that should’ve been handled completely right then and there. The other guests had it easy compared to us that I reserved for. They didn’t have any issue's

Street parking, room had a musty smell, curtains did not close, limited outlets. Shower and bed was nice. Staff was friendly. Couldn’t turn TV off, had to unplug tv to turn it off. No room service overnight, they came at 8:30am the next day even though we were checking out a few hours later.

The property really needs updating. I seen huge cockroaches in my bathroom on my last day. The bed was uncomfortable and the covers felt like paper. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Hotel is clean. Parking was across the street, no valet. Swimming pool was not functioning. Staff very friendly.

The add said Continental Breakfast would d available. It was not. The indoor pool was not available. No parking

What an amazing, warm, and cozy environment. There wasnt one area of the hotel that wasnt clean and tidy. Well recommended.

I reached out to the hotel to be closer to elevators and exits due to being on knee scooter. Instead I was placed in a room at the end of the hallway instead of near an elevator. Check in was okay. We were greeted with “The rooms are still being turned” instead of “let me look into that.” Our room was indeed ready but again the accommodations requested for my injury were not.
