I am leaving a low star review as this hotel was less than kind. Do not expect them to have any sympathy for you. I booked a 2 night stay and before we were going to be there, I sent them a message asking if I could just stay one night due to my son's medical condition. I explained to them about my son, but the hotel did not bother to respond to me. I then talked to them when I got there and they said I booked it through ******* so there was nothing they could do. I then talked to ******* and they said no problem with one night and called the hotel. The hotel then said they would deny this request even though ******* was fine with it. In addition we got an advance notice that the hotel lift wasn’t working and for us to understand that this may cause complications. Well, I showed understanding to them but do not expect any caring or compassion from them. I still paid for the 2 nights of stays while only staying 1 night so they got everything that they wanted. By the way, over my 1.5 weeks in the uk, I stayed in 9 nights with Holiday Inns and the other Holiday Inns were great. This Holiday Inn is just not good at all and the Holiday Inn international brand should rethink its association with this particular hotel.
