Stayed 4 nights, first class accommodation with very welcoming hosts. We booked room 3, which was a great size with large bathroom. Everything is immaculate and very good breakfast. Sineu is a good base if you want to be centrally located. There are plenty of good restaurants within an easy walk. Parking was free in a public car park a couple of minutes walk and we had no issues getting a space, just check the road map beforehand as using the sat nav on my phone was bit confusing when arriving because of various one way systems. After you have found the car park and worked out the route, it is easy to getting in and out. Enjoyed our stay and would book again.

The hotel is tastefully designed and the facilities are excellent. The room we stayed in was extremely comfortable and service was brilliant. We ate breakfast and had a couple of meals all of which was very tasty. The owners were charming and great hosts along with the staff. Can't really fault anything during our 5 day stay- apart from the storm on the last day...which we were able to grab an impromptu lunch from the hotel as we couldn't leave due to flight delays. Will be back.

FABULOUS, SOPHISTICATED GEM OF A PLACE. THE STAFF WERE UNFAILINGLY HELPFUL, POLITE AND EFFICIENT. THE BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS, SERVED OUTSIDE IN A SHELTERED COURTYARD. THE BED, EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE WITH A CHOICE OF PILLOWS! WONDERFUL COURTYARD WITH GOOD SIZED POOL AND ENOUGH SUN AND OR SHADE TO SUIT EVEN THE FUSSIEST. A PERFECT EXPERIENCE

The experience you get at Ten Mallorca is nothing less than superb. A boutique hotel situated in the heart of Sineu a short drive or train ride from Palma. On arrival expect to be treated like a returning loved one coming home from an extended period away. The welcome is one of care and attention to detail and creates a vibe that will make you feel like you have visited before and have never left all at the same time. My wife and I got married at Ten Mallorca and I can say from the bottom of my heart every time we return the experience is the same. Jo and John the owners and their team of dedicated wonderful staff, Lena, Annika, Helen, and chef extraordinaire Hannah are committed to ensuring a stay worth remembering whether you are a return customer like ourselves or visiting for the first time. I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful hotel and their amazing staff, so much so that we have lost count now how many times we have visited through planning our wedding, celebrating the big day and returning for our anniversary. Came here for 2 nights immediately after our wedding in Pollenca and couldn’t have chosen a more relaxing, friendly place to stay. The hotel has an informal, family feel and the decor is beautiful, very tastefully designed. My husband & I stayed in room 10, complete with private terrace and plunge pool, and it was simply perfect. One of the comfiest beds we’ve experienced, lovely bathroom (big shower & stand-alone bath), very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was a treat, great choices. The tasting menu was superb - the kitchen are very talented. They also rustled up some tasty sausage rolls when the kitchen was technically closed. Nothing was too much for the incredibly friendly, kind staff. Sineu is a cute little town to explore. And the hotel is a complete haven.

My husband and I have just stayed three nights at this amazing hotel. Owned and run by Jo and John and also their daughter Hannah. The hotel has been renovated to a high standard and the Art Deco influence is stunning, with amazing touches everywhere. We stayed in room 1, which was spacious, with lovely bedding and towels. Everywhere in the hotel, including the outside areas is sparkling and immaculate. Breakfast is cooked to order and has an interesting choice, which we really enjoyed. The pool is a really good size with enough sunbeds for everyone. Jo and John are very sociable and friendly people and nothing is too much trouble. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. As do the whole team, who are exceptional and we really enjoyed getting to know them. A fantastic place to stay, magical and we will certainly be making a return visit. Sue and Dave xx

Sumptuous boutique hotel, the decor is stunning but the welcome and hospitality from the family owners is warm and friendly. The chef, Hannah, is a family member and her cooking is sublime.We had a six course Xmas tasting menu and I couldn’t fault a single thing. The Beef Wellington was the best I’ve ever had.

Loved this hotel. The staff are fantastic & very friendly. The room was really comfortable and had everything you would need. The cocktails were simply the best! Wouldn't hesitate to go back/recommend
