塞尼亞法肯斯特諾住宅酒店(Falkensteiner Residences Senia)

We got an entire apartment to ourselves. It is located in a township area and is easily accessible to a couple of beaches, club (fitness center and sports). The only thing that we found restricting was the options for food. But overall a great experience and time well spent. Great stay and we'd love to go back again :)

Tolle Lage, saubere und moderne Apartments mit hervorragender Ausstattung! Freundliches und kompetentes Personal.

Porch check in at front desk. Did not communicate about the property, hidden costs and major construction starting at 7A and continuing to 5P. Could be a nice property. Wish Falkenstein would have shared. Would’ve allowed us to choose elsewhere. We were told breakfast was free. Charge was twenty seven per person.

Para quem gosta de férias mas adorara se sentir em casa, este é o lugar. Apartamentos de primeira, espaçosos, ótima estrutura na cozinha com fogão, geladeira, forno, máquina lava-louças e pratos, panelas, talheres, copos, xícaras, taças. Banheiros espaços, sala ampla e uma varanda espaçosa. Todos funcionários do hotel são extremamente simpáticos, princípio Sven que trabalha no bar da praia. Meu conselho é, para melhor aproveitar a praia, compre sapatilhas. Pois as praias são de pedras, é incômodo caminhar. Caso não queira cozinhar, tem a opção de comer em uma das várias opções de restaurantes que o conjunto de hotéis FALKENSTEINER proporciona. Academia, quadras de tênis, futebol, beach volleyball, minigolfe, para não deixar de se exercitar. Caso vá em julho, é capaz de encontrar o jogador do Real Madrid Luka Modrić jogando tênis. O centro de Zadar tem o por do sol mais espetacular que já vi. Bom, resumindo, hotel incrível.

L’endroit est magnifique avec un très beau paysage , personnel très sympa et souriant . Les appartements sont propres très bien équipés et correspondent aux photos, très calme (en tout cas en octobre) et à deux pas de la plage Je reviendrai sûrement!

The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets. Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apartments shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches.

Staff was very friendly but the parking garage was way too dark once a car would pass by the lights would turn off immediately and you were unable to walk unless the light censors were turned on by a car passing. I also wish there was a store nearby that was open throughout the whole day. The bakery that was there was open from 7-1 and unnacceaple after those times.

The Falkensteiner Residences is located in a big private area with a lot of private spaces, beaches, restaurants and pools. The place is a good place to relax and the hotel offers various activities and food options.
