Good hotel located right near to Airport, cozy beds, strong wifi

Καταπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο , είναι πραγματικά μια όαση εκεί που δεν το περιμένεις , Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο , το μπάνιο πολύ καθαρό , βέβαια θα μπορούσε να ήταν και καλύτερα προσεγμένο γιατί είναι υποδεέστερο της όλης εμφάνισης , δεν έχει το ξενοδοχείο πολλές υπερβολές . Το προσωπικό πολύ καλό. Ποιότητα σε σχέση με την τιμή πολύ καλή . Σίγουρα θα ξανά μείνω !

The worst hotel in my life. Toilet in the room was out of function, however in 3 days during my stay nothing was done. I asked for a new room, but the staff said the hotel was full. I was forced to sleep with my colleague. On top of that , no one apologised or tried to alleviate the situation. Good thing in all of this, I definitely know where not to go next time

I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time and am now getting around to it. My first stay at the Mirror was on my first two nights in Skopje having flown from Toronto and wanting a bit of rest before picking up the rental car at the airport for an Eastern European road trip. **I chose this hotel because of its closeness to the airport, and emailed them directly I believe before leaving Canada. I was able to arrange an excellent rate. And the hotel stay was worth much more than I paid. **Room comfort and cleanliness, swimming pool, landscaping, general ambiance, restaurant and bar -- all superb in my assessment = 9+ out of 10. **When I say this place is a destination until itself, another poolside guest said exactly the same thing; A man from the U.K. working in theatre in Germany was for some reason I don't recall staying at the hotel for a couple of days during my second stay in August after the end of my road trip. He and I both agreed either of us would come back just for the total hotel experience. It was really that good. **Staff: Gracious, attentive, friendly, accommodating, enjoyed and valued their jobs, spoke and understood English quite well, made my stay wonderful! **I was interested to see that on each of the 5 or 6 days I stayed at the hotel there was always a guest or two poolside or in the restaurant who spoke great English and was from somewhere quite a distance from North Macedonia. **The Mirror was quite a new hotel when I was there in the summer of 2021 and undergoing an expansion. I thought the interior, exterior, and grounds were beautiful. **The one detractor; and I've read about it in several other reviews of this hotel: Interior and exterior noise. Example: If the hotel front desk is laid out / positioned as it was in the summer of 2021, as I stood at the front desk facing the staff behind it, to my right down a short hallway is the location where my room was at both my June and my August hotel stay. Six meters from my door was the housekeeping closet. The banging noise was loudest at 6 or 7 in the morning but sometimes late at night as well. In addition, my room's big window faced the pool and outdoor bar. The noise didn't subside, in my recollection, until after 11:00 pm. That's a problem for people who want to sleep before early flights. **The bottom line: Flying into or out of Skopje, this is the place you must stay. It was fabulous when I was there. And I see the person in charge is still the same: Theodore Konstadakos is still the G.M. it appears. So the quality would likely be maintained or even improved.

Excellent hotel near to the airport, very comfortable and offering a bit of luxury. The pools and sunloungers were great and the restaurant and bar were lovely to look at but were let down by the poor kitchen service. We waited an hour for a basic chicken dish and tables around the pool had glasses not collected. The larger of the pools looked a little bit dirty in the shallow end of the pool , the smaller pool was fine . The hotel did offer nice little touches such as breakfast included and an airport transfer and the room and the balcony were spacious and very clean. Overall a lovely hotel .

We had stayed at the hotel for one night in to our trip to Greece . I have made the reservation online with 3 weeks upfront and wanted a standard room since we supposed to stay only one night but the site is giving you a room called “ Deluxe Garden View - Annex Building” that of course is much more expensive with 20 € . I was ok with that, but when I arrived , I was very angry because , my deluxe garden was the one in the picture attached. I asked for the room that I have payed but the guy from the front office mentioned that there are no free rooms. I asked to discuss with the manager but without output . Of course, in the morning i didn’t had water to shower. A full chaos.

Amazing hotel with accessible airport shuttle. Staff greeted us with so much love and care. Restaurant extremely lovely so much variety to choose from. Amazing swimming pool and gardens. Rooms so clean with all amenities.

First, when I called for the shuttle, I was admonished for not setting it up in advance. When I got to the hotel, I was placed in a room on 3rd floor with no elevator. They have an elevator but not in the building I was in. My room’s thermostat did not work - the phone didn’t work - the outlet was hanging out of the wall - I had to ask for water. Glad I only stayed one night - and despite the fact I paid in advance I got a bill charged to an unknown credit card for $100 in MKD. I wouldn’t go there again.

Es war alles super. Es war sehr sauber. Würde ich immer wieder vor und nach einem Flug buchen !

Mooi en schoon hotel vlakbij het vliegveld van Skopje. Super service, de airport shuttleservice was op tijd en reed zelfs om 3 uur 's nachts.

This would have been just then best stay ever. BUT! Hotel had planned big corporate pool-party to the same evening. It meant, that regular guest were handled just like unneeded garbage. because important corporate guest needed much better care. regular guest was kicked out from the pool area, regular guest could not even get a cup of coffee in restaurant. and regular guest had to listen really bad covers from 80-s all evening from really bad local band. Hotel windows and walls were just too weak to protect from noise pollution. I would compare it to mental hospital. Very noisy and all furniture was taken to the entrance of the hotel so it was bit funny to find out the way to get to my room. I really asked to take the volume down and even wanted to call to local police to shut this thing off. as I needed to wake up quite early (as many others-this place is superb for those who leave by plane in the morning), I think they stopped the party right before midnight, but it was too late to have proper sleep. Terrible! Want my money back!

Pontos positivos: achei o quarto bom, assim como o café da manhã e localização (próximo ao aeroporto). Ponto negativo: na saída nos cobraram 2 diárias, sendo que só ficamos 1 dia e já estava pago. Falamos isso, mas insistiram em que o débito era devido. Como tínhamos horário para voltar ao aeroporto e retirar o veículo alugado, pagamos. Sorte que a hotéis.com verificou o abuso e nos devolveu o valor pago.

This is a modern, stylish hotel just a five minute drive from Skopje airport. Everything is new and clean, and there is a nice restaurant and bar on site. A free airport shuttle is available at any time. The only thing to be aware of is the bathroom in the room is all glass, as in, there is no privacy no matter what you are doing in there, so if you're traveling with someone just be sure that modesty is not an issue.
