克魯格布什維爾德露台酒店(Bushveld Terrace - Hotel on Kruger)

I love staying at Bushveld Terrace - has a lovely atmosphere and rooms are lovely - also I know it will be two minutes to get into the Kruger Park which is why we stay there most times before our Kruger trips. Service good and friendly staff :)

pleasant african-style hotel with large parking lot, pool, and generator to overcome load-shedding. The hotel has a nice restaurant section, dinner and breakfast are good. It is only 200 meters from the Kruger gate, so a perfect location for day-trips to the patk. There is a security guard patrolling from 6pm to 6am, and the gate to the parking lot is closed somewhere in the evening. Maybe a 24h gate guard at the parking lot could be considered

Really enjoyed our stay at Bushveld Terrace. It's a lovely boutique hotel. Super comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with a fantastic restaurant - literally one of the best we ate at this entire trip. There's load shedding all across SA these days, but there was seamless use of the backup generator so we were never short of power, light or internet etc. The waiting staff at the restaurant are absolutely lovely and the menu is fantastic. The chef is a really kind young lad who obviously cares greatly about his work (the steak with snails and garlic butter was terrific). As for location, the hotel's literally 200m from Phalaborwa gate into Kruger. The roads between Phalaborwa and Letaba and Mopane aren't the greatest for game viewing in wet season due to the thickness of the bush and trees. But for access to one of Africa's great public parks, you couldn't get better. Would return gladly.

Unterkunft war sauber, Personal freundlich und Lage zu Krüger Park super. Essen und getränke waren Super, Parkplatz war gesichert.

The service was at its best in all area. The reception gave a friendly greeting and warm welcome at all cost.

The location was just perfect from my client that I had to see, not so far from the CBD, the landscaping at the hotel, beautiful and aethestatically pleasing. They had born fires each night we were there and some LED lighting by the patios. Started with lunch just after arrival at their restuarant and I was convinced from then that I was going to have a beautiful stay. Went to check in a the room was super clean and well ventilated. All the meals we had with my coleagues from that day going forward were exceptional and the staff was super friendly. 10/10 Plus 10 Minus NOTHINH, that's what they are.

Booking to this establishment was easy, and the checking-in process was seamless with the assistance of the reception staff. The rooms were clean, and the surrounding area of the hotel property. The only challenge was that the aircon in the room was not working, but their staff tried their best to sort it out. The children who were with other guests were making noise in the foyer.
