I wasn't treated as a Gold Member should be, and as I have been treated in the past. This visit, the receptionist didn't thank me for being a Gold Member, didn't offer the water that I usually received, and requesting the room to be cleaned is non-existent anymore. I asked to have the room cleaned and all that was done was a few towels, wash clothes, and hand towels were left on the bathroom counter. All of the used towels were left on the floor in my room and the bed wasn't made. This is not what I'm used to with my past stays at a Hilton establishment. I will refuse to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Pharr, TX on my next visit/stay. I know that they will probably state that it was due to COVID....
