楚那度假屋(Chunut House Resort)

Отель неплохой за свои деньги. Помогли принести вещи с пирса в номер. Угощали завтраком, яйца, кофе. Персонал доброжелательный. Из недостатков: в ванной всегда сыро, когда принимаешь душ, вода везде, для воды нужен отдельный слив. Не хватило зеркала в номере, некуда было убрать вещи, в номере темно.

Experiência péssima. Quando chegamos nos falaram que o ar estava ruim e me colocaram em um outro hotel mais longe e ainda em construção. Além disso, só tive "direito" a café da manhã por 1 dia, no dia seguinte não tinha mais... vai entender

I have been going to phiphi quite often the last year and I always stay at the Chunut House. It is a bit "far" from the center, meaning literally a 5 min walk but it makes the place a nice refugee from the loud /busy center and people partying at the beach. It's amazing because you can party (within 5 min) and also get away from it if you want. The staff is really nice, not everyone speaks english but there's always someone around or a way of communicating. The place is really clean, affordable, nice and big swimmming pool, honestly one of the best options for that price. So if you want to experience PhiPhi, the party an the quite/relax in a clean nice place that is affordable, this is your place to stay!

Upon checkin, we were put in a different 2-star property , apparently owned by the same person. Theres no staff support there or intercom to the reception, so we had to walk 200m for any needs. After our first night, we were asked to shift rooms due to AC repair. Our new rooms were worse with broken shower, flush and wifi not working. Although we complained to staff multiple times, there was no support given. Upon checkout, the receptionist named Dee was very rude. She started yelling at us and banging the table. She had given us a lead on a day tour in phi phi island. There was miscommunication due to which we couldnt pay the entire amount. She said theyll collect the money at the boat, but they didnt collect the full amount, which we paid her when she told this, during checkout. She denied to give breakfast even though she said breakfast is covered for both days and denied staff service like luggage carrier. She didnt let us speak, swore at us in local language and threatened to call the cops if we dont leave their property.
