AVOID THIS PLACE. My recent experience at Hilton was an utter disaster, to say the least. From the moment I checked in until my departure, the entire ordeal was marred by appalling standards and abysmal service that left a sour taste in my mouth.
First and foremost, cleanliness—what an absolute debacle! The room I was assigned looked like it hadn’t seen a vacuum cleaner since last guest. I got allergic reaction to my eyes, red and swollen, only good thing happen that the hotel changed my bedsheets and towels right away and it helped, but that where all good about this hotel ended.
Housekeeping? What housekeeping? They were seemingly a mythological entity as my requests for a clean-up fell on deaf ears. Not only was the room neglected, but it seemed the staff had abandoned any pretense of fulfilling their duties. If they pickup garbage bin, they do not provide fresh towels, and if they do it will be only two medium size, nothing for hand or shower. No vacuum at all for entire stay.
Oh, and breakfast! The serving staff's incompetence. They couldn't even take a proper order if their lives depended on it. It was like playing a game of culinary roulette, unsure of what might actually appear on the plate. The front desk staff's disregard for guest requests was baffling. Multiple times I asked for the room to be cleaned, yet it felt like I was speaking into the void. my stay at Hilton was a symphony of incompetence and neglect. such disregard for basic hospitality standards.
