This was just a basic hotel. I asked to speak to a manager, which took 6 hours and multiple requests to actually be able to do.

We stayed here on Friday September 22,2023 we arrived an hour earlier for check in but it wasn't a problem the front desk clerk said the room is ready which really helped us out we had my grandson and he was very tired from the trip. Check in was fast and the clerk was friendly. The room was clean and the refrigerator and microwave are always a plus. The breakfast was really good they offered eggs, sausage,waffles you make and oatmeal also pastries and bagels. To drink coffee, juices and lemon water. Kathy was super great keeping everything well stocked and her gracious attitude. When we come back to Phoenix we will certainly stay here Thank you.

Found a roach in bathroom, not at check in but the next day . The only can do is “change room” I told her I’m not changing rooms I need some deep cleaning because the the bathroom walls you can see the mold inside tub. Carpet in room was old and dirty too.

This is the second time I have stayed here with my family (First time in 2020) and it is getting a little run down since then. Still a great place to stay but needs some maintenance on floors, walls, and fixtures.

Very helpful friendly staff. Room was clean with the exception of questionable stains on the bottom of one curtain panel, which the staff was ready to remedy by offering me another room. Quiet relaxed atmosphere. I would book this hotel again.
