I extended my stay another night, but was unable to stay in the same room because of incoming guests. However, the management team made sure that my new room was ready for immediate move-in well ahead of checkout time. So, the move to another room was seamless. Kudos to the morning team that facilitated an easy and worry free move. I've stayed at this property several times and will most definitely stay here again.

The property was clean, the studio was also clean and perfect for remote work and a remote base-camp for a night. Terrific location. Comfortable and clean studio with everything one might need.

Very clean and cozy. The host always got back to me via email within 10 mins for any questions i had.

It was cold sometimes - perhaps I dodnt know how to use thermostat but everything else was perfect. Amazing communication.

I want to preface this by saying that my wife and I are both professionals in a vacation property management company, so we usually try to be good renters and be fair with other people in the business, that said: If it seems too good to be true, it usually is- that was the case here. After booking through **********, we were only notified after by the property manager/partner Vince that there would be an additional cleaning fee that cost almost as much as the booking itself. We were also then told that the booking was *non-refundable*, non-extendable, and that we'd have to go to some sketchy third-party site to pay the cleaning fee, pay an *additional* security deposit, and jump through a number of hoops including a "real-time selfie". Vince, the contact we had, could not/would not answer any basic questions about the process, and was very rude and dismissive. Apparently he lives out of state- this becomes important later. The day of check-in, we received conflicting information about access, and had to message Vince to find out how we would park our vehicle because there was no local staff/a host to assist. After a wait, we were directed to an alleyway where homeless were fighting over garbage and someone had already parked in our spot. After some "negotiation", we got in. An older low-income apt complex converted to a rental, it was clear no one inspected the unit prior to check-in. While nothing was overtly terrible, you could tell they work to turn these around quickly.

This is a beautiful property with a couple of flaws. To begin with, it is on the third floor, and there is no elevator. Nothing in the listing indicates that. I don’t like, carrying my luggage up two flights of stairs. Secondly, it has the worst mattress of any place I have ever been. My air mattress in Boy Scout camp was better. I had three nights of dreadful sleep because of the awful mattress. It is a lovely studio unit with a beautiful, fully stocked, kitchen. Clearly the place has been put together by an excellent designer. It is gorgeous, but lacks some minor touches like a box of tissues. Beware of the rug. It does not have a rubber, backing and easily slips.

If you want to stay somewhere that only cares about the money you give them and doesn’t have an idea how to run a property as a hotel like it is advertised. I tried to add a night to my reservation and you would have thought I tried to reinvent the wheel! Then the icing on the cake is when I was told make A new reservation by the ********** employee and stayed in there to stay in the same room and then to find out that Room is already booked I was unable to get a refund even though I was directed to do this to add the additional night unbelievable lack of communication and lack of knowledge and ********** and the hotel management had but for the hotel owners in management not to refund my money was just a lack customer service in poor business practice considering I was a ********** Gold-member several times over I don’t feel did the hotel owners and management cared anything about customer service only about the money that you spend shame on you never would I rent there again and if you wanna go smooth with your check in check out and then the other thing I would run run fast and find a Hilton or a Sheraton in actual hotel and stay there where you know you’ll be treated with the upmost care and customer service.

I've stayed at this property a few times; four (4) exactly. I really like the place and plan to stay here again.

I loved my stay here! The room was nicely furnished and all of the appliances were in nearly perfect condition! I also thought the nest thermostat and alexa echo dot were both nice touches. One thing I will say though is that the wifi was pretty slow so we ended up having to use our hotspot instead.
