Rooms are severely in need of an upgrade. Was promised rainfall shower and king deluxe room, unfortunately got nothing like described. Staff communication lacked. Was told by front desk we could eat our food in the dining area, went to dining area and was told we cannot eat there. Friends had issues with their ACs not working. The pool is in a weird place situated in the middle of the lobby and the restaurant. Would only stay here again only if it was the last option available.

First of all I loved pretty much everything about the hotel. It was conveniently located near the airport for my one night business stay. My flight was delayed for more than 4 hours so I checked in about 10pm. I kept asking 3 different staff if I could check out late because I will be leaving 8pm the following day. No one even tried to facilitate my request. I didn’t even stay 24 hrs. They insisted I pay 150tt per extra hour or 165US for another night. I paid 450tt so I could check out 3pm. In short not very accommodating for people in bad situations like mine.

There is very limited hotel choices close to the airport, downtown is about 30 min drive. The runway is ok, rooms are nice and spacious, the only problem is the blaring music at night, it very loud. If you are into this, well, you will like this place. If not, well the 30 min drive may be an option... The food choices at the restaurant are unreal, thai, chinese, italian, etc. We were both very happy with our meal. Powedered coffee in the AM.. Overall its ok, besides the noise.

If you have a flight to catch and want to sleep do not stay here. The hotel party with loud music like a night club. I called the front desk to ask them when will the music stop and the party ends and they said 12:00 midnight. I will never stay here again.

The runway hotel was located close to the function I was attending . Staff was polite, check-in and checkout was quick and easy. entertainment at night was amazing. Music played until about 12 -12:30 midnight on the weekend.

I liked the ambiance and spacious room. My room was actually upgraded at the same price since the one I requested was unavailable. The staff were pretty friendly and personable. Even though it was just for an overnight I was impressed with the hotel.

The hotel is convenient to the airport, good restaurant and comfortable bed, nothing fancy here but good for a day or so walking distance to other restaurants. Good service and clean place. Friday night they have music and it can be loud until midnight . Other than that its a bit espensive for that type of hotel.

Place is perfect for short stay and staff is very accommodated.

The Air Conditioner needs to be serviced as it is not cooling the room as it should. The breakfast needs a bit of improvement, for example more choices.

On Friday and Saturday their is very loud music

Bathroom had bugs, toilet was broken, only 1 plate and 1 glass of beverage is offered for free breakfast. Staff is pleasant

It was only four nights. My husband and I enjoyed our stay

No parking also I had no water in the shower for 2 days
