辛辛那提東門假日酒店(Holiday Inn & Suites Cincinnati-Eastgate (I-275E))

Very out dated, old gross carpet in the rooms and hallway, there was mold in the bathroom ceiling as neither bathroom in the suite had a fan, the phone in the room didn’t work, when I pulled out the sofa bed to make there were food crumbs all over the sheet, we hadn’t sat on it yet, the springs in the couch made it almost unsleepable, the blind was was broken. Of y’a it smelled musty, the rooms were dark and it was nothing like the photos we were shown.

While the location was convenient, this was not one of the nicer Holiday Inn's I've stayed at. The heat was turned on in the room when it was an 80 degree day outside, and the room wasn't the cleanest. No body wash/soap was provided. And breakfast was an additional $30. I'm used to Holiday Inn's having a free continental breakfast and very clean rooms. It was fine for a safe and quiet place to spend the night but I don't know that I would go back.

We have been staying at this hotel for many years while visiting family, however, have not visited in the last 3 years due to COVID. Well to our surprised it has decline greatly. We got to the hotel around 9pm checking was fine, we got to our room and watch TV which muted the loud AC, when TV was off, and we were ready to sleep the AC kept waking us up during the night. In the morning we made our way to the front desk and requested a room change, they changed us not a problem. We quickly went upstairs and dropped off our bags in the new room and left right away. That night we got back around 10:30, took a shower and to bed we went. While in bed I felt something in my leg, to my surprise under the sheet there was a roach!!! I jumped off the bed and my husband got the roach with a napkin while I was quickly packing our bags. While packing my things in the bathroom another roach in the bathroom. My husband got the bags in our car while I went to the front desk in my pajamas as it was 11pm by then. They told me that they would refund our full stay but, never offered to pay for the next hotel or not very apologetic at all. I will be writing to management about this incident. Terrible experience had to find a hotel at midnight and go through all my bags and items one by one to make sure I didn’t carry any roaches with me. Shame on Holiday Inn, never again!

I chose this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. I would have picked somewhere cliser to attractions otherwise. However, the hot tub was broken fof our entire stay. We were on the sixth floor and only one elevator worked so the wait was long during busy times. The hotel lobby was pretty and the staff at the restaurant was exceptional.

Room was dated. Very dirty carpet. Huge sticky dark stain in middle of floor. Comfortable bed. Unfortunate incident during/after stay. My 12 year old son accidentally forgot his money in the room when we checked out. He put it under a lamp for safe keeping, but being 12 years old walked out and forgot it. We went back to the hotel to see if housekeeping may have found it or to see if it was still there but it was gone. I know housekeeping could have easily mistaken this money for a tip, but it was a substantial amount to be mistaken for a tip. Lesson learned but still unfortunate.

Staff is professional and always willing to help. The rooms are a little dated and need better lighting but overall nice.

Three different rooms! 1. Someone was already in the room 2.Moldy room 3. Broken chain, bed, while clean not finished! 4. Breakfest was good, but don’t try and take your coffee cup upstairs, serious issue Just recommend that maybe you should stay somewhere else! Will work in a pinch but not the best

Fantastic! It's an older hotel, but I've stayed there around Christmas every year fo about 5yrs now...sometimes with extended family, sometimes with just my kiddos...regardless, each time the service was impeccable, and the accommodations were top notch. Love the flexibility of a regular room up through a two bedroom suite. I've stayed in each variety, and they're all great. Staff has always accommodated any special requests with ease and aplomb.

Everything was good except I was up in the middle of the night with a very loud guest. I called the front desk but nobody answered.
