達萊塢夢想度假村(Dollywood's DreamMore Resort and Spa)

The property is beautiful, the Christmas decorations and whole vibe are great. The indoor pool was very cold which was extremely disappointing when that’s one of the main reasons we chose to bring our kids to the resort. We planned on getting pizza from the cafe and we were informed you were out of large pizzas, so we decided to go down and eat in the bar area. As soon as we sat down to order drinks we were informed you were out of Sprite and Coke. I just can’t understand this being one of your busiest times of the year why you’re not fully stocked on these items and your pool is not at the very least warmed to a comfortable temperature. It was not a great experience for what we payed for it. Had we not taken our children to Dollywood earlier in the day it would have been a complete bust for our kids. We should have driven back home to Knoxville and not stayed the night.

If your intentions are to go to Dollywood, stay here. You will not reqret it. The air conditioned shuttle to Dollywood is awesome! The resort is very clean and the staff is amazing. We plan on returning.

Dollywood more than lived up to our expectations for a romantic getaway. We love the Smokies and this gem captures the majesty of the mountains along with the comforts of home and a bunch of little Dolly touches that add to the experience. Quality across the board with engaging staff. 5 stars.

Our only complaint is that the bed was a bit too firm. The location and resort was wonderful. Staff was friendly and room was great with a Mountain View.

Great place to stay, with a very kind staff. The only minor negative is the lack of options of restaurants in the hotel.

This was our first stay here even though we visit the Pigeon Forge area each year. We went over Christmas and the decorations were beautiful. The staff were so friendly and greeted us each time we saw them. The DM Pantry was amazing for food and drinks. We went for coffee often! My husband, who usually complains about hotel beds, loved the bed and slept great! The family suite was great and gave us plenty of space for the 4 of us. We did leave an item in the room, hoping to hear back from the hotel in regards to that. Overall, we will stay again fo sure!

Get place for families! Easy to get around property and the best amenities to make our stay fun and enjoyable! Plus, the trolley ride right into Dollywood from the front door was an added plus!

Staff was great! Room air unit was VERY noisy. Carpet was stained. Bathroom wall had stains on it. Chairs in common area by fireplace were very stained. Again staff was too notch!! Food in the restaurant was very good as well.

This was our first stay and it was amazing. They do a great job, of dressing up the campus for the holiday. If you are thinking of staying, don’t miss out.
