Sono stata qualche giorno con la mia famiglia presso l'hotel La Chance e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'hotel è carino ed accogliente, le camere spaziose (considerando che noi eravamo in 5 + cagnolino) e pulite e il personale cordiale e disponibile. Una menzione speciale va fatta per il ristorante che offre un menù giornaliero curato e sempre diverso con piatti di grande qualità. Ho anche provato i massaggi del centro benessere e sono stata molto soddisfatta.

Per me e la mia famiglia è stata la prima volta a Pila. Hotel molto curato, Spa deliziosa, zona Bar ottima per un aperitivo davanti al camino o rilassarsi ammirando il Monte Bianco, proprietà e staff promossi a pieni voti. Colazione molto varia e buona, cena con piatti tipici deliziosi. Skiroom per depositare il proprio materiale tecnico. Promosso a pieni voti.

We had a fab stay at Hotel La Chance in pila. It’s a modern hotel with a touch of alpine luxury. We went for the half board option and bunch was very reasonably priced. Rooms are big, clean and nicely decorated. We had 2 interconnecting rooms for our family of 5. Breakfast was varied and plentiful , 4 course dinner delicious The snacks with drinks at the bar were a real treat. The owners were lovely and nothing too much trouble- they sorted ski hire and ski passes. It’s a short sharp walk up the hill to the first lift (10 mins) There are lots of sofa areas for chilling out in the evening, playing card games etc. Pila is a small but perfectly formed resort. Great for intermediate skiers. Thank you Hotel La Chance!

L’hotel è confortevole ma elegante, con il clima e gli arredi tipici della montagna ma tutti comfort. Le stanze sono pulite e spaziose, con viste mozzafiato sul Monte Bianco. Il personale è attento e disponibile, sempre discreto e gentile. La Spa è di tutto rispetto ed a prezzi decisamente convenienti. In definitiva, è un posto dove tornerò sicuramente.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are a good size and clean. The food is delicious with generous portions. Close to the pistes (7-10 minute walk). Natacia and JP and the team really make an effort to look after you. I have been 4 times and likely to continue to be an annual trip.

Stayed for the last 3/4 seasons on UK Feb half term. Family of 5 staying in one of their suites which is spacious enough for the whole family. The room is warm, clean and welcoming. Close to the main ski lifts (Tip do get lockers at the actual ski lifts). Great food-Breakfast has so much choice, 4 course dinners. Owners and staff are welcoming every year, always felt that any questions/needs were not a problem and they just wanted us to enjoy the stay. This year our child tested positive for Covid. The owner was great, she spoke to the authorities in Italian for us, arranged tests and everything. The team made the quarantining for our child very comfortable and arranged for us to quarantine at La Chance rather than a Covid hotel. We were very thankful to the team.

Hotel accogliente, pulito e silenzioso, spazi esterni e vista meravigliosi, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se non fosse abbastanza, la gestione familiare è insuperabile! grazie Natasha e Jean Paul per averci regalato una settimana indimenticabile! a proposito, Jean Paul si è conquistata il titolo di Jean Track Advisor.... visitate l'hotel per scoprire perché!!

although the weather was working against us a bit, we had a great time in Pila. When the clouds finally cleared it turned out we had an amazing view of the Mont Blanc from our room! The staff at the hotel was really nice and helpful. Would stay here again for sure!

Il n’y a que du positif à dire sur ce magnifique hôtel : cadre superbe, vue exceptionnelle (quand il fait beau), chambre confortable, repas excellents et personnel charmant. Un seul petit point négatif : la connexion Wi-Fi parfois défaillante

First time in Pila (and first time skiing for 20 years). Booked this lovely hotel for family holiday and only have good things to say. Staff are very friendly (and work very hard!) and look after you well. We were able to book our ski & boot hire via the hotel and they were ready and waiting for us in the hotel boot room and the skis a 5 min walk away in the hill in the locker. Evenings were delightful starting with lovely snacks served when you bought a pre-dinner drink in the bar and then on to the 4 course dinner (we were on half-board) with different menu every night over the week.

1 week for 3 in a family room. Easy check in, clean room, good temp control system and nice shower room. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice. Evening food was good too - massive portions. We hired skis through the hotel which was easy and good value - all ready for us in the boot room, we also got our lift passes from the hotel - so easy. Locker room near the lifts made life easier…lifts are a 10 (max) min walk from the hotel in ski boots - pretty straight forward. There is a mini market near the lift along with pizzeria ski equipment shop and a gift shop - most handy! Also to note for young children a snow fun park opposite the hotel and sure this would have been used if my children were younger! Bedroom and bathroom was very dark - maybe brighter bulbs needed?! Evening meal time does get very busy - staff are great and manage you well. There is an alternative choice for the kids at night but we were not told about this till 3rd night - so there are options if fussy kids don’t fancy the main menu…- these minor negatives were not an issue - for hotel management feedback only…

Great hotel

Très très bien placé A deux pas du centre station mais au calme. De grands parkings L accueil est très agréable La chambre est très confortable Le repas du soir est parfait et les prix modérés Le petit déjeuner est impeccable Nous recommandons l établissement pour un séjour au ski !

Siamo arrivati il primo giorno di apertura della stagione invernale ed è stato tutto impeccabile. Struttura incantevole, immersa nella neve, tenuta benissimo, con degli spazi comuni ampi e luminosi con una vista incredibile sul Monte Bianco. Dalla nostra camera ho visto una delle albe più incredibili che io abbia mai visto nei miei viaggi; vedere tramontare la luna dietro le montagne è qualcosa che resta nel cuore. Ed in questo luogo, restano nel cuore anche le persone, solari, disponibili, preparate e professionali. Incredibile scoperta il loro ristorante, che ha uno chef e brigata che con arte e maestria, ha creato un vero viaggio del gusto. In ultimo, ma non da meno, la loro spa, piccolina ma non manca davvero nulla, per passare un mometo di relax perfetto, dopo una giornata sulla neve. Complimenti anche alla massaggiatrice, bravissima. Sembrava di essere stati ad una seduta dall'osteopata, da quanto era preparata. Non posso che dire grazie per l'esperienza vissuta.
