This was a great stay! Our second time here. My only quibble was the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work.

The best staff at any HGI we've been to. Miss Melissa went above board for us. The entire staff was great. The room was amazingly clean! Very clean. Even the breakfast was good. Nice variety, and HOT! We'd definitely stay there again!

I know the check-in time is 3:00 but we drove over 4 hours to get there. The lady at the desk wouldn’t even look to see if our room might be ready a little early. Anytime after 3 was all she would say. That wasn’t the first time with this same staff member. Also we had to go buy a fan because the AC is obviously preset and even though we turned the fan on the AC to high it still cut off after only a few minutes. I hate to buy my husband is going to shop around. Nothing wrong with the room other than not enough shampoo for 4 people.

The property was undoubtedly clean and convenient to the area. My issue was the staff and the response to the issues of the building. I was locked out of my room everyday I left out. The key would stop working and after dealing with it for three days, no one cared to compensate for it.

Friendly front desk staff, good breakfast, clean room. Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean & great; 2 Queen & pull out sofa. Only issue was only 3 bath & 3 hand towels for 4 people. 4 wash clothes tho. Food great as usual; lots of low cal healthy options. Hot water for tea available late into the nite. Pool clean but busy.

Will definitely be back. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Liked the 4 pillows per queen bed. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed very much. Staff was courteous and friendly 👍

Holiday inn Mt Airy was a great place to stay. Very clean and the bed was so comfortable! Front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of food. Would stay here again and highly recommend

Great stay. Not too far from Andy Griffith Show attractions that hotel is a fun stay for families and fans. Recommend hotel for its amenities and location. We were looking for a night stopover during a long drive. The hotel was extremely good for the night, and the town provided a fun diversion before continuing on our trip.
