平徹溪遺產酒店及會議中心(Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre - Pincher Creek)

It was our first time staying there. We got there early and was able to check in a bit early. The lady helping us told us if parked around back we would be closer to our room. Glad I had 4x4 cause the rear wasn’t plowed. Grabbed all out stuff through the snow and the key card wouldn’t work to open the door to get in. We had to park around front and unpack the truck again. Told the lady up front about the state of the back and she says “yeah that happens”. Get to our room and it was ok. The tv wall mount didn’t hold up the tv anymore so it was just pointed down. Everything seemed a bit worn. The indoor pool was cold and the hot tub was kinda warm. All in all it was ok. There are better places to stay in pincher creek.

check in was very easy and front desk staff was extremely pleasent. She also reported that someone from ********** had called and cancelled 1 night of our stay--I had booked 2 1 night stays as iur travel plan changed--so she was able to find a way to fix the issue. room was quite nice but on 3rd floor with stairs.

The room was very small but we also have a large family. We have stayed at many standard 2 queen bed hotel rooms and this was very tight. The bathroom was small, and not planned out well. (Why don’t hotel bathrooms have a place to hang the towels except above the toilet?). There was a sticker on the bathroom wall to tell us to reuse our towels. Haha. Classy. The beds were very comfy and room was clean. Bathroom just seemed dated and gross. Also didn’t seem clean either. We had to ask for extra towels (2 isn’t enough usually….) and extra toilet paper. No problems with that got them fast. The kids enjoyed the pool. Nice temperature and fun with music and lights. The hot tub temp could’ve been hotter though! Wish the room came with breakfast. That was a big downfall. We likely won’t stay here again unless we get breakfast with the room. Food gets expensive with a big family.

Hotel on the way to Waterton. The hotel is I a good location, limited service. The hotel has a shallow pool and hot tub. You need a huge deposit, 3 time the price of the room. There is no option to check in early or to do a drop off when guests arrive early to the area, unlike most hotels.

Everything was wonderful except for the one lady working nights. Complained to the other lady about her because she was very incompetent.

We were able to check in early, mind you judging by the two cars in the parking lot I don’t think there were many guests this weekend. Lounge under construction so very limited for drinks, food was good, manager complaining to everyone about the staff quitting wasn’t appropriate. Room was clean and warm, bed was comfy but pillows too big and puffy. Gotta remember to travel with my own. Poor cable connection. Wifi decent. Average for a small town heritage inn.

The hot tub needs a good cleaning and it was not hot enough. The room needed a good cleaning

The place was nice and clean and had some options that are nice when traveling. I would stay here again if I had late mornings to do but the breakfast did not start until 7am which is pretty late and we were out of the hotel by 630 every morning. The place was clean and staff was nice.
