It was very clean and nice staff

Overall the room is clean, and it’s quiet even it’s by the free way. The day time front desk service is not friendly but I don’t mind as long as I can be able to get my room pass. The night shift front desk crew is more friendly thought.

Great location service not great tho

Clean sheets and towels, and a decent bed. Nothing else about the place really qualifies as truly good. This is a worn out property. PG&E shut off power from 10pm until morning, to do repair work on the block, and incredibly, the hotel didn’t warn anyone by email. We could have and would have made other arrangements. A refund is in order.

The front staff was not friendly the entire time we were there. I don't think the like being there. No welcome, no smile, no engagement or friendly behavior. The place needs some major renovation. Only thing we enjoyed was the location next to the highway which made it easy to access.

The price was reasonable and the appearance was nice but those were probably the best things about the hotel. Overall I did not enjoy my stay. With check-in, I did not feel welcomed; instead, I felt like I was a bother to the clerk. He was sleeping in the back office when I arrived and I think that’s why he didn’t come across as friendly (I woke him up at midnight). One of the card keys didn’t work so when I asked him to re-code it he said it worked; it didn’t but it was too much trouble to force the issue. The floor in the room had stuff stuck to the carpet that should have been cleaned. The iron didn’t work properly and I couldn’t even adjust the heat because the dial was broken. The ironing board was bent. The iron was cabled to the board so I had to drag everything to the bathroom to put water. The toilet leaked (sound). The shower curtain was too long and wouldn’t close properly so I had be careful not to slip in the shower and clean the water on the floor because of the curtain. The hair dryer didn’t work and literally started smoking when turned on. The pillows were uncomfortable. The dresser drawers were sticky and wouldn’t close properly. Sorry for all the negativity but it was not a good experience.

My whole body started etching when i slept on bed. Couches were super duper dirty with visible white spots all over. Dnt know was that . Scared to sit on it and also burnt.

Very clean, older property. The room was on the larger side. No weird smells. Really nice is that when one of your travel friends is taking a shower and everyone else is sleeping, you can BARELY hear it in the room. Beds were comfortable and didn't hurt anyone's back. All drains flowed freely. Toilet seats weren't all loose or cheap. The property is very easy to get to and out of. The a/c was excellent, and you can open the window, too, which we preferred. The little couch was really comfortable - this is not something I would judge a room on, but pricier hotels always have a little couch, but those are freakishly hard, akin to a bench. (Why put that in a room?) So, I was just pleasantly surprised at this one. Yes, would stay here again.
