酒店的房間比較大，雖然設施成就，但還是挺乾淨的。在那個區域屬於性價比很高的酒店，下次應該還會入住。

This is a 3 star hotel and that is pretty much what you can expect. We had an emergency water issue at our townhouse complex and had to leave for a few days. The check-in staff were polite and kind of efficient. There is food/shopping/groceries right across the street - which is convenient. The pull out bed where our son would sleep was full of crumbs - so that hadn't been checked by housekeeping. When we called to request clean bedding, we were informed that they "finish their shift in 5 minutes". So, I requested that someone else bring clean bedding and we would be happy to make the bed ourselves. Two housekeeping ladies showed up complete with poor attitudes about the whole thing - and we made the bed ourselves to avoid further conflict. Further, I found someone's fake eyelash stuck to my sock shortly thereafter (i don't wear fake eyelashes)- so again, not fabulous. The bathroom was clean and the surfaces were clean. The room was musty - but it is an old building that has been refurbished and the smoke from the wildfires would preclude housekeeping from opening windows - so the smell is understandable. The hot tub was murky (don't use) but the outdoor pool was clean with very few people around - again probably due to the wildfire smoke in the area. The hotel is at one of the busiest intersections in the area but the windows kept the noise to a minimum. The room was large, as advertised (king suite) & had a big fridge. Overall, it was just OK and adequate for our situation.

Arrived at 11 pm and were given a handicapped room with a bathroom that had one tiny shelf for toiletries. You could hear the bathroom from next door in our room and no kleenex was provided. The shampoo, conditioner and lotion containers are so small, you could barely squeeze the contents out. The next morning we grabbed some complimentary breakfast from the room off t he lobby and found it very unclean and most tables dirty and not cleared of dishes. After being out for the next day, we returned to find they had not restocked any of the dirty towels or bath mat left on the floor. If this is the Best Western Plus, I hate to think what I would have experienced at a regular Best Western!

I enjoyed my visit to the hotel. It was nice, clean, well maintained and it felt peaceful all the time around. The only downside is the internet. The signal was always unstable, making it hard to keep connected at all times. Out of that, I had a great experience at this hotel

Front end staff was welcoming, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The room was exactly as advertised and located close to different style restaurants and shopping places. Would absolutely recommend

Property is good. Dated, only few renovations done. Location not close to a lot of sit down dining restaurants. Along major route with trucks and traffic near by. I think pricing is a bit higher. Breakfast was very poor, I usually stay at holiday inn express in Langley and would recommend that location, service and breakfast. Would not stay here unless there was no option. High price, good service, breakfast there but did not eat it

Staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean. The breakfast was very good and the ladies looking after it were attentive to items needing to be replenished as well as keeping the area clean. We would stay here again.

The staff were very helpful during my visit as I was having surgery while I was there. They did everything I asked for and even asked how I was doing.

Everything was great except the ice machine right outside my door made too much noise and woke me up a few nights in a row!

It was lovely & comfortable. The staff was very helpful & courteous. Loved the hot tub. Could have more options for vegetarians for breakfast & would be lovely if they could start a restaurant or dining room service round the clock.

The room was immaculate. The staff was courteous and willing to help in any way possible. Would definitely stay there again

Handy to our destination, quiet room, clean. Disappointed that the front desk manager reneged on our late check out. We had booked to arrive a bit early and leave later so we didn't have to spend so much time waiting at the ferry terminal but at the last minute they asked us to leave 2 hours earlier than originally agreed upon. No apologies from the manager for her unwelcome decision. Very high handed.
