Great location, very close to the Pirates ball park. Staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. It is an updated hotel. Parking is $25 a day, would recommend using theirs since street parking had signs saying the street parking wasn't available on game days. The hotel is within walking distance to many places. Only downside is that I picked this hotel because it had a shuttle for things around Pittsburgh and the the shuttle wasn't running sure to COVID. But it was overall a great experience.

Todo muy bien, el personal de la recepción amable, lo único que no estuvo bien, y por eso no califico del todo excelente, en nuestra estancia una mañana como a las 9:15 am, tocó a la puerta la persona que hace el aseo del cuarto, le pedimos volver un poco más tarde, poco antes de las 10 am, no regreso y no hizo el aseo del cuarto, pero todo lo de más perfecto, muy recomendable el hotel.

The only reason they earned 3 stars on service, was because how polite and nice the team is. I was checked i to an occupied room, but they were apologetic and quick to fix. The night team was a completely different story. They were alone for a bit, so the potentially added to their frustrations. But they told me I couldn’t sit at lobby and do anything because it had already been sanitized and cannot be getting dirty again. They lectured me on how to order food because another guest won’t be getting their food because they didn’t leave a room number. She was then openly venting with a team member in the lobby. I was definitely made to feel like a nuisance for simply trying enjoying my time there. In the end premium price, sub par on experience

Room wasn’t available until 430 and once we got into the room the toilet was overflowing! Then we went to bed and found the mattress may have been still wrapped in a plastic bag! When we woke up this morning found dried blood on the comforter. Very disappointing, if you are looking for a quiet rest this isn’t the hotel, you feel like the 279 is driving through your room.

The location was the only good thing about this stay. Room was still not ready an hour and a half after check in time. We had to wait in the lobby. The room itself had multiple issues: 4ft by 4ft section of carpet soaking wet, stained bedspread, shower drain did not stay open so tub filled while showering, and waited over a half hour for additional towels. Management offered no apologies or changes. The only thing management did was lay towels down on the wet carpet. This was by far the worst hotel on our road trip. I understand that sometimes things happen but management offered nothing in return.

No hot water. Very disappointing. Hotel management would not reimburse any of the $270 we paid for the night. Had to go to the concert dirty after traveling all day.

Construction dans la chambre du haut de la nôtre. Travaux a notre arrivée a 15h30 et a 9h30 le landemain matin. Marteaux bang bang. Merci pour le repos...

Loud. You can hear everything. Shared soaps and shampoos in bathroom with is unsanitary and scary.
