Property was fine booked a room with 2 beds, said everything was fine wheb I got there they said was a issue and my room was gone me and my other guest got a room with one bed and couch bed. Couch bed was junk, room didn’t even have blankets or pillows

Really run down Fairfield Inn. Front desk staff were lovely and helpful but wear and tear of property was evident everywhere. Banged up cabinets and walls; masking tape over carpet on door threshold; and dilapidated pool area. The worst: they had an Ohio State flag hanging in the back office. This is Ann Arbor for goodness sake!

I booked a room with two double beds; they gave me a king bed; said they were out of rooms with two double beds. I want a refund.

This place was THE WORST. First, it's very difficult to find, though had we not found it, it would have been a blessing. The property is hidden behind a Courtyard, with no Fairfield Inn sign out front. Second, the sink (which, oddly, is right in the room, not even around a corner), sprayed water everywhere when you turned it on more than a drip. Speaking of drips, the pipe under the sink dripped every time you used the sink... I predict some serious mold issues soon, if there aren't already. Third, the pillows were the most worthless things ever - when you laid your head on them, whatever little they were filled with went to the ends of the pillow. Everywhere except under your head. Soundproofing was also pretty much non-existent and I got to hear someone else's music all night long. Between our experience at this property and at another Fairfield Inn we had the misfortune to stay at on our vacation, we plan to never, ever stay at one again. And, we will certainly be spreading the word to everyone we know.

I was very disappointed with my stay. I decided to go to this hotel mainly because of the amenities, but the whirlpool was broken, and the pool was not heated. My daughter hated this hotel. I have paid much more for something that I didn't get. When we arrived, hair was on the bathtub (see picture). Marriott was not supposed to be like this! I hope you can reimburse me some amount to compensate for my frustration. Thank you.

Hotel was nice. Room was clean and bed/pillows were comfortable. There were a few strands of hair in the shower, so we didn't use that. The TV didn't work and the front desk person tried his hardest to fix it, but couldn't. No big deal, it was late-ish in the evening and he didn't have any other rooms with 2 beds to offer us. The free breakfast was mostly not attended to by staff. We had to find someone to ask for more forks and syrup. After they provided those, they disappeared to never be seen again. They were out of fresh fruit and no more was brought out. No butter for the toast. Ice machine was out of order and the orange juice was warm and needed it. Paper plates were the cheapest I've seen at a hotel. Overall, I probably won't stay at another Fairfield Inn again.

The hot tub is filled in and the check out is only 11
