伊普西蘭蒂歡朋套房酒店(Hampton Inn & Suites Ypsilanti)

They didn’t clean our room for 2 days and we had to request cleaning on the third day. We checked out on the fourth day. No clean towels were replenished. Again, we had to request. I had to buy something from the mini market to get change for a 20.00.

When we checked in the young man at the desk did not explain how the room keys worked as far as the electricity. He didn't really explain much to me. When I looked over the room the bathroom floor did not look swept or mopped as there were trash pieces and dirt on the floor. Under one of the headboards of the bed, on the floor, was a dead stink bug and lady bug. In the morning, I had asked to have dirty towels removed and replaced with clean ones and that was not done still at 4pm so I had to ask again. However, everything else was clean. The lobby and breakfast were great! The beds were comfortable. Overall, it served our purpose and we would stay again if needed.

The size of the suite and amenities were great. But not all of my lights worked in my room including the bathroom. I didn't mention it to anyone because they were sold out and didn't want to lose my room.

Way too loud in the room. Doors slamming all night, tv from next room. No housekeeping whatsoever. Bed uncomfortable.

The finishes inside the building and the room looked new. The room was spotless. Very comfortable and quiet. The free breakfast was better than most other hotels.

Came here for the night, it’s a newer hotel only about 3 years old, room was big and comfortable, bathroom had lots of space, overall room was very clean. The hotel in general seemed pretty clean, breakfast area, they were always going around and cleaning. Pool was a little on smaller side and not as warm as we would have liked, no hot tub. Breakfast was actually really good, one of the best free hotel breakfasts we’ve had, they had waffles, juice, oatmeal, cereal and bread options, they had western omelette, Yukon potatoes and maple sausage which was really good. Dave at the front desk was the best, super nice and helpful, very accommodating for our late check out request.

I purchased a queen suite through *******. I received a regular room with 2 double beds. When I inquired about the suite that was purchased. The desk clerk/manager stated they only had one and it was out of order. I was also informed, that because I booked through a 3rd party (*******) there was nothing they could do to assist me. I was also not made aware of the change until I entered my room. This was unacceptable and poor cutomer service to say the least.

Staff was very thoughtful, helpful, and we were treated like family. I would most definitely choose thia hotel again!

The staff was helpful and the Hapmtpn was relatively new so all the physical facilities were in top shape. the decor and lighting were well done and contributed to a pleasant stay.
