The hotel is ok but the stuff was not very helpful and did not allow us to deposit our baggage there for a few hours after checking out.

A decent place to stay, staffs are friendly, and it's clean.

This hotel looked decent enough for the price range. It appeared a bit run down but clean, until we sat on the bed. As soon as my husband sat down against the pillow, a BED BUG jumped into his ear! Grossed out, we gathered our stuff and headed out. When we told the front desk that we would like a refund they weren’t even slightly shocked. Then after a few days I called to check on that refund and told the person at the front desk that we left because of bed bugs and his response was “bed bugs again?!” as if to imply this isn’t anything new for them. The staff was friendly but unless you’re looking for several new six legged friends, I’d choose a different hotel! *We did get a full refund but I was annoyed that my money was tied up for several days and I had to pay for a new hotel at the same time.

I have a poor impression of this hotel, which reflects on the BW brand, in general. First impressions matter. The first things I noticed upon my check-in: (1) the single elevator has milk or white paint spilled on it; (2) the clock in my room was set wrong. This was not a good start! I soon noticed that (3) the bulbs in the bedside lamp either flickered or didn't work; and (4) shampoo in the dispenser needed to be filled. All of these are minor but they sum up to a hotel where the cleaning and maintenance staff are not doing their job well. This makes me less likely to choose any BW in the future.

Habitaciones muy amplias, limpias, personal muy amable, zona tranquila. Si lo que buscas es ubicación creo que debes buscar otras opciones, por lo demás el hotel es cómodo

Muy excelente hotel totalmente recomendable, muy limpio el area de la piscina muy cómodo y limpio. Un pequeño detalle en el desayuno, no están al pendiente de lo que se termina y está muy vacío o tienes que esperar a que cocinen más.

Honestly hotel was super clean and rooms were clean and smelled good. A little outdated rooms but the staff is super friendly and kind. The breakfast was delicious as well.

Maybe this was just my room but I heard some banging noises every 15minutes. I forgot to bring earplug so I couldn’t sleep.
